English is not my first language but in my own language there's a really clear distinction between the sound of thunder and lightning itself. So while i get what you're saying there's still a clear distinction between in the two, at least in my language (which is also germanic, so i'm guessing it's the same in English)

My 13 year old daughter and I rocked out and sang along with your songs on a 2000 mile trip last summer. She couldn't believe I liked your sound! I grew up listening to The Violent Femmes and others when I was her age. Can't wait to hear new song!

Im 35. This is the future of classic punk. I listen to Misfits, addicts, ect when I was a kid. Your kids will have The Chat in their repertoire. Look out!
In my teens I witnessed the dawn of punk and the sound that these guys put out brings me back to those amazing times.
Very sceptical when smoko came out but they get better and better!!
Yet their sound feels fresh and genuine
Still remember watching Eamon play the drums and jam out at a house party we had in Noosa in like 2017... Dudes only gotten better and better. Dope as fuck

Honestly, this is just incredible punk music. Absolutely love the energy and the cheeky tongue-in-cheek lyrics. Reminds me a lot of the Descendents in some ways. Keep it up.

For the oblivious it is the (mostly rock and metal)music festival that takes place every year at the Nürburg Ring race track in Germany since 1985.
There is also a twin festival "Rock im Park" that takes place in Nürnberg on the same weekends. The line up is the same.
Renbeni is a 'pathfinder' , the first brave ones to face storms & fame.
Sis can handle 'being on top'. She brave, she bad , she aint messing around.

This actually brings a tear to my eye. I really thought the New generation would never understand punk well enough to start a true punk band of their own and I've never been happier to be wrong!
Sadly, the punk ethos will be carried forward by our generation because of how absolutely fucking disillusioned we all are with the state of affairs and the way things are heading.
