Umm, I'm pretty sure it's 21/2... so what you do is firstly transfer -2 onto the other side of the linear equation. We are left with 2x/3=7 now we multiply both sides by the denominator and cancel the same terms. 2x=21, we divide both sides by 2 and we are left with 21/2
