I actually think this is a really cool idea and you should turn this into a series. Maybe you could tweak the rules every once in a while to spice it up. Maybe you can take the second worst player in every pack.

Do an all time team with myteam diamonds! Take players with diamond cards in myteam and edit them to stats the card has. They'll all be 95+ overall, and maybe they'll go 82-0!

Do the trading all player challenge, every season you don't win the championship, you have to trade or release everyone on the roster. You can sign as many players as you want. You can use the offseason for free agency, same with the draft, they would be on your team for the following year. Try it with the warriors.
That 44 from kaminsky isn't that unrealistic especially for the type of scorer he is from outside. And it wouldn't be come in his third year he could develop and get more confidence
In the free agent market you should use a random number generator and use the number that you draw and go down that many numbers and select that free agent
DO the draft challenge you can only trade for future picks or rookies from 2016 and beyond and you can only receive players from trading for rookies and drafts and he can get Karl Anthony towns and D angello Russel etc

Did he miss that Rondo Devin Harris trade for Reggie and Marcus Morris? He already had a backup PG with Norris Cole, he could've gotten a backup SF along with Reggie whose just as good as Rondo, but has a smaller contract. CSB should get Reggie in one of these videos.
