I play tennis and I'm pretty good at it but every time I start overthinking and being negative my hands get stiff and I can't move.This always happens at tournaments and lately at practice too...I don't know what to do, i always feel like I'm the worst player afterwards
Can you please help me.The sport that I do is clay target shooting as soon i miss a target I lose my concentration and after that I lose them almost all , when i don't miss I can't shoot 25 straight but if I lose I can't even see the target can you give me more tips pleaseeeee need your help thanks mate
I need some help too!! I'm a swimmer and I go to practice every day and always do well. But at swim meets I get really nervous before my race, and my muscles get tense. My heartbeat always speeds up while I'm on the block and by the time I'm swimming I feel stiff. I can't swim to my capacity and I'm always so disappointed. I can't figure out how to not freak out before my race... please help!!
