Madam in maharashtra during monsoon season we have lot of green leafy vegetables sold by adivasi people which is also called as Raan bhaji means from the jungle and it is packed with nutrients but many leafy veg have high oxalic acids and am little skeptical about eating those greens although i ate few of them.......Ambadi Bhaji (Gongura/Sorrel) ,Maat or Red/Green Amaranth leaves,bharangi bhaji,Gabolichi Bhaji Ulshicha Mohor,Kevalachi Bhaji most of the leafy are boiled first and then stir fried........The combination of Palak paneer and Malabar spinach and horsegram is very common where calcium compensates with oxalates still what precaution one shld take drinking lemon water is suggested or more water.....i dnt have stone related problem but am scared of such new leafy greens but also curious to have them as they r stuffed with nutrition.......

Madam I am confused now, earlier in protine source video you discussed that egg is the best for the protine of our daily requirements, but in this video you are saying consuming eggs increases our 18 % chances of mortality so what to do now ? I am trying to loose my waight and for that i have included 2 eggs a day in my evening snack so shall I exclude the eggs from my diet and 2 times a week 200grm chicken?

Highly disagree with the artificial sweeteners and non vegetarian things , the study which cited risk for individuals eating meat ,was done on individuals who were at high cardiovascular risk in the first place and it wasn't a randomized controlled study to begin with and can't control the ailments , so cannot draw conclusions from it , balanced diet can include lean meats , and artificial sweetener causing diabetes is a myth , in the cited studies , a correlation was established to increase in appetite that's it , and that too was not confirmed , it was just indicated
