Another great build. For tiles I nomally wrap a thin layer of clay around a paper straw. Let the clay dry then slice the whole tube in half. This give you 2 half circles that can easily be cut to the length of the tiles you want. Basically scaling down the actual process of making real tiles. They take a little longer to set but work great and all the tiles are slightly different. You can even break/chip a few to add even more interest to the roof.
You're a true artist, gameyy, and it's people like you and u m a m i succeeding on RUclips who make me believe it may actually be possible to make my dream of being a full-time storyteller and artist come true. Keep on doing what you love and inspiring the next generation of artists while you do it!
You REALLY need to get in touch with a good filming company, which turns it into a multiple seasons long series. Your story has great potential for that. It's awesome 👍
I’m sure the sea captain has had his fair share of untrustworthy souls pulled aboard his ship. He would be as shrewd as snakes with a few tricks up his sleeve to deal with trouble!
Your talent is beyond words I can use to describe it. Thank you for taking time out of your life to share with us. If you ever do a novel I will be first in line to purchase.
Hairs on the back of my neck standing up by the end of this episode. The art, worldbuilding, modelling, storytelling, all get better with every video. Amazing 🤯😀
@@gameyybuildsThen take a page out of Boylei's playbook and take it one building at a time. Each with its own backstory and character(s) that tie-in to a larger story... For example: an imperial army squad searching a small village/town square looking for a fugitive. Then have a couple buildings with their own reason to hide from or call to the soldiers. Or something along those lines. Each building can be its own video/build with the soldiers (and maybe a mech too!) be the final piece that ties it all together.
Hi, your builds is really inspiring and so your channel. I hope there are still some shirts left, so I can support you:) As a general tip for your wiring. Try to spiral your cables (as can be seen in computer fans for examples). Every space between those two cables (+ and -) creates a loop and can work as an antenna. While it‘s not that important with LEDs it still a good habit and practise:)
Man, you truely are a master. Master builder, painter, story writer and teller. I am blown away by the expertise you demonastrate in every single element of one of these videos. They really are a joy to watch. Keep it up man! Big things are coming.
Sweet, this is going to make my shift at work tonight so much better, just knowing I shall be enjoying another of your amazing and beautiful builds with accompanying back story tomorrow afternoon (UK time), Thank you in advance.
This is my first video I've watched of yours and I cannot believe the quality of it. The story telling, the voice over, the camera work, the build itself. I can't wait to hear more from this universe
My advice for your soldering: Just 'git gud' man. In all seriousness, as with all of your builds, this was a joy to watch. The tie in with the other story was fantastic and cannot wait for more of this story to unfold. I am unsure precisely how this would work but the only constructive suggestion I have is wiring up another battery to the speaker to make it vibrate (you can add resistors to change the Hz). This would both look cool as it would look like the Repulser engine was actually doing something, and it would also give off a hum when activated.
Absolutely stunning work. Also, yours are pretty much the only videos that I watch at their original speed - you've got a great sense of pacing and your storytelling is top-notch
I imagined your story designed by ... Moebius. You are a master in telling stories, like the stories of "The Airtight Garage" ... simply fantastic. I even saw the scenes, the gestures, the faces. Too bad this master left us years ago. (Jean Giraud 1938-2012) Hugs and Cheers!
The diorama was invented by Louis Daguerre and Charles Marie Bouton and was first exhibited in Paris in July 1822 and at The Diorama, Regent's Park on September 29, 1823. Dioramas were created to tell a story, sort of like a precursor to movie projectors. Two scenes were created on each side of the diorama. When one side was lit up it would represent a certain point in time or a particular event when it was lit up from the other side it would change to a different time (like day and night) or another event (like the beginning of a train crash and the aftermath). The first dioramas were two dimensional but as time went on they became more popular as 3D scenes. Even though the modern concept of a diorama is from more recent times, wargaming scenes or dioramas were used in ancient times as a means of planning military strategy or as a storytelling device. Even cave paintings were a form of diorama. Creating multiple scenes that linked together to tell a story. Creating a complex back story to go along with your diorama makes it true to the medium. Congratulations, you’re a fine storyteller.
Here i am again after consuming the rest of the channels contents. Im so excited to hear about the novel. What an inspiration this all is, seeing someone just dive fearlessly in to various disciplines and craft an entire world.
if you used a magnetic switch you could hide it on the interior of the build making it possible to turn the effect on without needing to hide the switch, if you wanted to go more complex you could wire the switch into the coil of a relay to "latch" the relay in the on position making it possible to engage multiple effects. if you would like to go into more depth feel free to message me. also just wanted to say i love your build and has me thinking of my own.

Another fascination installment of this series, with an amazing build to boot! This one gives me Ghibli vibes for some reason, a mix between the bath house and Howl's moving castle.
Fantastic as always - If you don't mind me suggesting though, the LEDs look a bit too much like, well, LEDs. Maybe some bulb cages over them would make them look more otherworldly?
this might be my new favourite build and story wow. The process, the captivating story, and the finished result are just INSPIRING! i cant wait for the next build!
It took me a hot minute to remember who Nick Poli was, and I've been bingeing for the last 7 hours. Can't help wonder how your regulars recalled him. Aw, nuts, I just realized I've reached the end of the playlist. Think I'll go rewatch the next in the series, then take a break before I dive into the rest.
WoW !! Just found you via a recommendation from @NorthoftheBorder !! Amazing work & details & the story is captivating ! Don't understand why you don't have hundreds of thousands of subscribers 🤨

So there’s a product called repel gel to keep polymer clay from baking together but you can also just use a lot of cornstarch or baby powder. (I prefer your results cuz the clay would’ve been too thick)

And the plot thickens😏, so many characters to follow and enjoy, love the tie-in. Great work, as always.
Glad you enjoy it!
what? who was tied in????
ohhh i see now
from the prison one
Check the newest one too.
Loving this series of builds.
Do you stick to a specific scale when building?

I was so exited to watch the video, when I saw the sketch on Patreon.
Thanks so much for your support!
I'm so intensely happy I found this channel. Wow
Ever thought of making this world into a table top rpg? Theres lots of different systems and would go great with your, quite literal, world building
You REALLY need to get in touch with a good filming company, which turns it into a multiple seasons long series. Your story has great potential for that. It's awesome 👍
At least a moving comic
Or if it was anime like studio ghibli
Too much woke agenda nonsense in the mainstream film industry today. Indie or DIY is the only way to go if you want to keep your vision unadulterated.
Omg how can you be so organized? This is gorgeous.
Also I wouldn’t trust that nobility prisoner guy for a second!
I’m sure the sea captain has had his fair share of untrustworthy souls pulled aboard his ship. He would be as shrewd as snakes with a few tricks up his sleeve to deal with trouble!
What a beautiful production! This is top notch zen content, and the stories are the cherries on top. Absolutely lovely stuff.
Glad you enjoyed it!
I love this stuff so much, this is giving so much Minecraft inspiration
Love the connection to previous builds/stories! World building at it’s finest!
I discovered your channel today thanks to North of the border and just wow you’re work is amazing dude keep it up.
I love the relation/call back to the tram build, that was one of my favourite builds.
This is my new favourite tho, I love this so much
Hands down best crafting youtuber. The production value and effort is honestly insane. Keep up the good work!
I don’t know how this page doesn’t have more subscribers
This is the first video of yours Ive come across & my jaw dropped progressively lower as the model came together. Awesome art, I’ve subbed :)
Yay, new build! Maybe it'll be an art book, somewhere in the future?
Novel first, then we'll see!

I adore the interconnectedness you've been putting into this series, as much as I love the builds and the stories in general!!!!
