Great video! For anyone who’s getting the file format or file extension is not valid error. I had a similar issue and in my case the problem was under “Send an HTTP request to sharepoint” - the “maxResponseid” number should not be too large. For me, “maxResponseid=5000” is the limit. I simply removed the min and max response ids from uri. Hope this helps.
Edit: for those asking on 2:01, it’s a developer tool, how you access it varies by the browser you use. I could open mine by pressing f12.

Thank you, thank you. I followed your instructions and they were great. However, the file attached would send over corrupted. After much research and trying different recommendations, I found one person state that it is a bug in the new version of power apps. I switched over to the older version and it solved the problem. Hopefully this saves someone else a few hours!

The flow is working when I manually trigger it. What do I need to do to get it to automatically send the excel file email when a new response is submitted (new row added to excel)? Thanks for your help.

Alos, how do I get it to overwrite the file and not create a new one each time? I just triggered another manual flow and it says the file already exists..." A file with the name Shared Documents/Forms/Document/new Member Survey.xlsx already exists..."

Hi Prakash, great video, I've been struggling on how to do this!
I want to do a slight variation of what you showed in your video: namely, create an Excel file for each new submitted response.
I would like each user who submits a response to receive his response via an email in an Excel format (so only their response, not other people's responses as well). What would be the easiest way to approach this?

It should be the same flow if the quiz is using forms. Just different responses in the form
