I can print a test page through TSP100 utility on iPhone . What I really want to do is to print something on my note app or some part of email text. How can I do that? If I can print only a test page from iPhone through tsp app, what is that for?

Hi there, how do I set up 2 printers into one device? I brought to printers for delivery apps. I connected both printers into device apps but it was unable to print out the receipts at the same time. Is there any connectors for a setup?

My tsp100iii feed the paper but nothing is on the paper. Do these take ribbons? I don’t understand.
You should put paper roll in reverse
How can I print via internet browser? It doesn't show up when I want to print something using Firefox or Chrome. I can only print using the TSP100III Utility
Hi Daan, it depends on your operating system. iOS/Android are not capable of that, but Windows/Mac are. Either way, you would need a compatible POS however. Please let us know if you have any more questions. Thanks!
Mine only prints one receipt when I turn on the printer. The 2nd receipt that shows the ip address doesn’t print.

Can I print using Air Print? Or how to print from html? Is possible to connect it through a router as normal Air Print printer?

Holding the feed button is just releasing paper for me. My devices are not detecting the printer in bluetooth. I've been trying to set this up for an hour now. Frustrating. Old models had a pairing button, why do you keep changing the design of the printer?
Dear Andrew,
New models have an easier pairing method which do not require pressing a pairing button. To print the self-test, please turn the printer’s power ON while simultaneously holding down the FEED button, only releasing it when printing begins. Please note that the self-test is only to identify the printer’s name but not required for the actual pairing process with your tablet.
Your companies customer service is literally the worst I have ever seen. I just called in and asked about pairing to the bluetooth. I waited 15 minutes on hold. The customer service agent told me I would need to use the USB hub. I said oh I didn't realize, let me try that. And he says is there anything else I can help with. I said, can you just wait a minute and let me make sure it works. And he's telling me I have everything I need. I told him I waited 15 minutes on hold and also spent 2 hours of my day troubleshooting this. He kept insisting we hang up. I honestly want this guy to call me back and apologize. That was literally the most rude and worst customer service I have ever received calling in.

Hello, I have to print something on thermal paper, but it has a white copy and you can't see it on white paper. Does anyone like me know how to change the font color to black?

Can I connect multiple tablets to one printer?
Hi Giuseppe, if the tablets are iOS then no, but even if they are Android, it is not recommended because we don't know if there will be printing issues between the tablets and POS systems. Hopefully that makes sense. Let us know if you have any more questions. Thanks!
@@StarMicronicsPOS Thanks. Do you guys have any other products that I can connect multiple android tablets too? For instance I have one tablet that handles grubhub and another that does uber eats and like to have them synced to one printer.
Hi Giuseppe, we do not if the tablets are iOS (because of the way iOS is designed, multiple tablets cannot connect at once). Multiple Android and Windows tablets can connect, but we can’t guarantee the behavior with your POS so we don’t recommend it. In a nutshell, it is possible to connect multiple Android and Windows tablets to one printer but we can't guarantee the printing will function completely properly. Hope this helps!
