hi I have Tsp100 eco and the square stand but when i plug it in via the usb stand hub square does not pick it up. how would i trouble shoot it? thank for your help in advance

The Square Stand powers the TSP100 Eco and the Eco won't turn on unless the stand is sending it enough power. Make sure your Square Stand is plugged into an electric outlet when the printer is plugged in otherwise it will not receive enough power to turn on. Also, verify all of your cables are securely plugged in. If your Square Stand is plugged in and the printer is still not showing up then contact Square for assistance. squareup.com/help/us/en

Thanks for the videos, I have question? Is any other kitchen printers will work with CLOVER POS system, I have EPSON? its Epson possible to be connected to clover? thanks in advance

Unfortunately, Clover has proprietary hardware and you can not use Epson. You can use the Star SP700 kitchen printer here posguys.com/receipt-pos-printer_12/Star-Micronics-SP700_805/?src=pgyt.
