@@xxsamperrinxx3993 Cuz your show would leave you watching a dude telling everybody to fuck off?
While that might be entertaining for a little while, it does absolutely nothing to show you how the scam is pulled off.
The tagline of this particular show is something like "I get scammed so you don't have to."
You get a behind the scenes look at how each scam is run. If you know it is pulled off, it's easier to avoid.

I thought that's alright. Then another one came and stood on the other side, until I found myself surrounded by 5 characters. (I thought this would be a fire picture)
we took the picture, then they asked me for money. I said, I didn't call any of you. Then my buddy and I ran away with a free picture.

The trick to navigating Times Square is very simple: no eye contact with anyone hawking/selling anything, no pictures with people dressed in costumes, no small talk with anyone that seems overly-friendly, and absolutely no taking anything that anyone claims to be giving out for "free". Honestly, it may seem rude, but Times Square scammers are rude for coming at you with the bullshit and nonsense. Mean-mug them ignore them, because they hate when they can't get a moment of your time. As soon as you come out the subway and hit the sidewalk, start walking fast like you're about that business, and you won't have any problems.

I was approached by spiderman and iron man in nyc.... i joked about, calling them out by shouting "AYYEE THE AVNGERS!!" and they immediately stopped what they were doing and came right up to me and my girlfriend. They seemed friendly and polite at first and asked the both of us to take picture with them. "No problem at all" i said. We went ahead and got about 3 pictures taken with the characters of nyc and as the photoshoot was finished. Iron Man changed his tone of voice and said "10 dollars for each super hero in the photo" which was 20$ in total to include spiderman. Me and my girlfriend knew that something was wrong right away. So i told him "thank you for your time for being out here in a costume in one of the most notorious places in the world to take a photo with me just to try and grab some hard working cash out of my pocket god have mercy on you and enjoy the day." Iron man stood completely still (looked as if he malfunctioned) while spiderman was preparing another photoshoot with other tourists. I walked away with a smile on my face and 3 photos that could've costed anyone a lot of money. I went back to NYC the next day and walked through the same route to get to work, i saw every single other character expect Iron Man, and now my favorite super hero is Superman

After that, they were showing "Tips" on their badges. I was like WTF. I then showed them that I got no money and proof I don't have any. Then they let me go.
