An OTG doesn't have much complicated circuits. It works on simple logic as an iron box. So I don't think a stabilizer is required here.

mera Otg ka glass properly closed nhi hota hai baked main problem hota hai ya nhi?

Heat leak hota hai. Temparature will not reach upto our settings.

I bought this product a year ago and it has 2 year Warranty. On 19th of dec 2022 I raised a complaint to claim warranty as the temperature nob is not working till date they are unable to provide the service. worst service evere. Don't buy any Morphy product go for other option.till date I have no clue when my problem will be solved they just gives me date after date. I'm just frustrated

I bought same otg from Amazon 4 days back ..... surface parts r getting more more heat...even I feel that heat ..and..on my otg the name was bit different....only Morphy Richard is there....on every otg Morphy Richard________(line)60litersRcss like this .......is this fake one r original...let me know

Don't buy it Morphy has the worst service evere. I'm having 1st hand experience right now.

Delay in spare parts is the only issue we had faced in kerala, other wise good service and customer support. It was taken 2 weeks to get replacement of thermostat.
