Hi. Does the oven maintain the temperature once the baking pan is inserted? For context, I have a Kenwood 56 ltd otg oven and it pre heats to the correct temp but then subsequently the temp falls once I add my baking pans. Please let me know as I am considering purchasing this oven. Thanks ! Love the detailed videos
I did not find any temperature fluctuations in the 60L even after placing the trays inside. But I should say, each oven seems to be different in calibrations. I did not have this issue with the otg I got.

Hi.. it was such a nice review, helps us to decide better. I saw both the videos & read all the comments. I understand you will not be able to suggest between morphy & wonderchef as both has cons. But despite fluctuation , wonderchef is better/ managable w.r.t baking just like the 52l morphy ? TIA
Thank you for your understanding question 🙂 I'm still using wonderchef otg, although there are fluctuations, I manage it with my oven thermometer. Otherwise, I'm happy with it. It doesn't have all the other negatives of morphy.

I can't say that. Both has advantages and disadvantages. You'll have to decide based on your requirements.

You can try. I have never done it. Don't know if cakes on both trays will get baked evenly.

I have been using this OTG from past 4 years. After 2 years thermostat stopped working and it heated my OTG to the level that handle was melted. I changed that and again after a year the thermostat is not working. And now the technician is saying you have eto get it changed again. Imagine in 4 years changing thermostat twice. Pathetic model

Sponge bake karne k liye , kaun sa mod on rakhna hai . I mean kaun sa rod on rakhna hoga upper rod , lower rod or both. And baking tray kaha rakhege middle ya lower
I always bake with both rods on with fan. And I always place the rack in the middle for my cakes.

Can we keep this oven inside a next to the wooden cabinets? Will it burn the cabinets or overheat if kept in a small closed space?
Generally you need to leave some space around each appliance. It will not burn anything, but there needs to be air circulation around the appliance for its better performance.
Which brand otg is best upto 60 ltr capacity
I'm really not sure which is the best. I'm currently using wonderchef but that also has some temperature fluctuations. If you do find out a good 60L otg, do let me know 😊
What about borosil otg oven 60 litre better than this ?
