I like that Dark Souls 3 seems to be having a resurgence recently 8 years after release. Been noticing more new content about it lately. It's such a great game and I think people are returning to it after Elden Ring, realizing it struck a great balance with difficulty and boss design while perfectly accommodating the inherent limits of the Souls mechanics (which arguably got stretched beyond their limits in ER). It's also a much tighter experience, not being open world.

I can clear a DS run within a week easily but it takes way too much free time and mental real estate to play through ER
in ds3 almost all bosses are resistant or immune to bleeding in the base game there are only 4 bosses who are not resistant to bleed and in the 1° phase gael is not resistant to bleed so i think that why he chose him
As a bleed build lover, I simply say no. I used freyed blade on him EVEN with that anime attack, it only stacked 2 freaking times on him. Miyazaki sure hates fun :D
I've played every souls game pretty extensively by this point except bloodborne because sony hates me, but its actually wild people think dark souls 3 is more hardcore than elden ring or something lmao.
Bleed builds might not be very good but this video reminded me how insanely good Gael's boss fight is.

Honestly in the seven times I've beat DS3 at least 90% of the bleed procs I've seen have been me recieving it or someone else recieving it on PvP
I did a frayed blade build and it's not that rare mostly because of the 4 hit skill it has.
