Story 1: it honestly is awesome that they went to the American Legion for their military style wedding, They’re a great organization.
The mother and the sister in story one had two options that would have worked with varying degrees of success. They could have just told the cousin that they weren't going, yes it would have been a jerk thing to do but it would have went over a lot better than what they did.
That wouldn't have gotten them attention

In the last story, it sounds like the wife had already lost her love of the OP long before she admitted it. The way she talks about the marriage being done for so adamantly is a big indicator, to me, that she has no feelings anymore, and likely has already developed feelings for someone else. In her eyes, the man she married was gone, replaced by a fat, mopey guy who doesn't pay his way. Not saying she's right, but it's very often the case that people come to resent those they love if they become burdensome, and in the case of a marriage, unattractive. It's never fair, but it happens all the time
It sounds boderling entitled because she wait to the very end to tell it, and even more to the guy who pulled her out of depression. Its kinda "woman 101: Gaslight the man into believe is his own fault for it", when she can tell it sooner and help sooner. Instead she literally deattach herself from the relationship and wait until that moment to lay down all of that. That's literally why i don't trust in woman anymore, you don't know who will be an entitled B* like OP's wife who goes "me 1st, me 2nd, me 3rd" all the time.
@@SenseiRaisen That's why I specified that it's not fair. I was just giving my observation on what happened. Don't put it all on women, though, that gives some dangerous vibes. Any partner on either side can do the same thing. It's just a sad bit of life, that when one of a couple's stock goes down, the other starts looking to cash out. We're hardwired to be selfish, that's what makes people who overcome these instincts and stand by the people who stood by them when they were at the worst so admirable

In fact, there are many reasons not too, mainly in regards to their mental health. First story: If the Entitled Mother and Sister of OP did not like it, they should not have participated in the wedding regarding anything at all.
If it was me, the moment she started complaining about the decor would have been a red flag, and showing up in such tacky and gaudy clothes(not to mention drunk) to a military themed wedding would have been grounds for calling security, and then not allowing them to be in the wedding.

I can't understand how someone can have a bowel movement at will. My guess is that entitled mother ingested a handful of laxatives, they can work as fast as in 30 minutes, and had the whole thing planned. The woman also seems to have a drinking problem. She needs professional help.

The first story pissed me off, because all of this could've been avoided. The family KNOWS how the mom is, yet she was able to be a bridesmaid. I'm glad the aunt punched her out, but she's like this cause the fam enabled her. So...I'm on the fence about feeling bad for anyone
Not to mention entitled or not the mother did have a point about the flaws of the wedding such as the ugly design and the ugly hairstyles as well as the ugly dresses and ugly theme not to mention how terrible it is that the military guy married a cripple.

Last story, this is my reality right now. My wife is in the military and told me she is resenting me because I am disabled with leukemia and depression. I watch our daughter and she's been away and we haven't seen each other in 2 years. For some reason she thinks she can just wash her hands of the marriage and she won't be financially responsible. But she found out she will most likely have to pay me alimony which I WILL SEEK, I have seen other men like me just go separate ways and get screwed over while the wife moves on living good and gets remarried he's struggling. Since also I have watched out daughter for longer than we've had her I will also receive primary custody and she'll be paying some child support. Once my wife found out about this part that she just couldn't wash her hands and walk away clean her ideals changed. She went from unwilling to Oh we can work on it. Because a good portion of her monthly income coming to me as alimony supporting my needs instead of my disability and VA disability and her income supporting us together.
WOW!! it sounds like OP's case too. But this is why i hate woman like OP's wife and (sorry to said this) your wife, who always try to make things goes their way because they think "they can find better" once they are economically better and the partner is going through a bad moment. If is the opposite the man is chastised to eternity while woman like this get a free pass because "she is a woman". Marriage is a 2 way street.
Your wife is a snake waiting to strike for her benefit, openly. Do not wait for her to get one over on you at yours and your daughter's expense. Make sure you and her are taken care of, even if that means having to hang your openly hostile wife out to dry. I'm very truly sorry you're having to go through all of this. I hope things get better.
@@SenseiRaisen Indeed she wouldn't tell me for a long time, but I noticed because we always say "I love and miss you" and she just wasn't saying it back. Sometimes she would just send a heart or pretend like she was busy. When I pressed about it she eventually said "to be honest, I resent you" It's basically sound some some feminist therapist putting these ideas in their head. Now that I can't do much i'm useless to her and she can do better type attitude.
@@SenseiRaisen But when we first met I paid for everything I was going to medical school and I worked had plenty of money. She didn't work at all until I ended up getting sick and when my daughter was born my VA, and disability couldn't support our expenses anymore.

Story 3. The OP should tell his wives parents about their daughter's behavior and entitlement.
And explain how they helped her when she was depressed.
And how she's abandoning him when he's going through the same thing.
So that her parents can maybe talk some sense into her and make her.

OP might actually have a point since we weren’t there to see how it looked exactly in fact while a military themed wedding would usually be cool in theory perhaps this time it was quite ugly and poorly done.
Just a point of correction in story #1, you don't retire from active duty to become a drill sergeant. Drill Sergeants ARE ACTIVE DUTY. My dad was a Drill in the 90s.
That said, Kyle may have retired from military service and became a civilian instructor to the military, but most definitely NOT a Drill Sergeant. Which is what I think OP meant

The last story: I see a lot of people blaming the wife. However, I’ve been depressed and being around someone who’s depressed. I’m the one who “seems to be much better” like the wife as well. But, often times, depressed people can not seem depressed because they’re trying to not be depressed. It’s incredibly hard for someone who’s trying to get better to be around someone who’s just moping around, and refusing to get better no matter how hard you try to support them. The problem is, you have to be the one who tries to get better, no one else can help you otherwise. It has to come from you.
I find it incredibly selfish to continuously use depression as an excuse to not try to seek help, and bring everyone around you down with you. It’s pretty telling in the post, considering the wife said: “you don’t try to get better” and him making one excuse after another about why he isn’t getting help. I can sympathize with your depression, but I’m also just human. I can’t carry both your depression and mine and actually get better.

*Story 1:* Talk about crazy mother! I've attended weddings that I didn't want to attend, but I just sucked it up and went with it, simply because I wanted to support both the bride and groom. The idea of shitting all over the floor in response is just disgusting! Who does that at any time, never mind the wedding of a family member. That's so unacceptable behaviour. And she deserved *far worse* than to be sucker punched by the aunt in this story.
After listening to the first story, I was surprised at how 2 people would go and ruin someone's wedding, like why the f#@k would you do this to someone's wedding?

Last story: you best believe the wife is cheating on him with her boss, the boss helped her pick up a bike faraway and came back late, let's be honest she didn't want to help because she already knew it would be easy to blame him for being depressed and be done with it.

I've never known anyone that can poop at will, much less in such a fowl way as that first story. My guess is it wasn't done on purpose, but that the mother was so plastered that she didn't have control of her bodily functions and didn't care that it happened.
But whatever the case, you don't disrespect a couple on their wedding day, and I also wouldn't invite her to any others. If the wedding bothered her and the OP's sister that much, she and the sister should have never agreed to attend. I'll also put some of the blame on the aunt when they showed up drunk. Instead of being rushed through getting prepped, they should have been sent packing, possibly in the back of a patrol car to see that they got safely home or whatever. It would've been much less embarrassing to be a couple brides maids short than to have the fiasco that did happen.

Last story: She's already found someone else and was waiting to kick the husband to the curb. People seen to forget the in sickness and in health part of traditional vows. He helped her through it and when the roles reversed she found she wasn't capable of the same.
Honestly, man, I don't think she was cheating on him. As someone who deals with and has dealt with others who have depression, I can say the latter group when not trying to help themselves are exhausting and toxic people to deal with to the point where it might be a good idea to go low or no contact for your own mental health. I've had to do that with my mom.

I really love that you're playing Sonic Heroes in the background. Sonic is just too underrated, but thankfully after frontiers came out. He grew back to his former glory. Seeing people play sonic as background for story times, makes me incredibly happy. My blue boy has gone places that he never wants to go again...
I feel my mom is a toxic person because she got very mad at me for not saying thank you at a track game to a teammate for saying good job and I do not know what to do this is not the first time either and she is a hyocite also who can never admit when she is wrong like the time she said to not say anthing at all when I just bascilly said what she is always saying to me
