I don't have family photos up either but I have a ton in my phone ready to share and look at. I have a long front hallway so I designed it wth my favorite photos, some from my travels (Botticelli print from the Louvre for example), to make it my art gallery of sorts. The rest of my place has minimal wall decor and I rarely decorate for any holiday other than Christmas. I do want that olive tree though ♡♡♡♡

Great haul, and video Kat. Here's a hack that I know you'll be thinking: 'Why didn't I think of that'. When I used to fly professionally, I always (and I mean always carried a handheld steamer for freshening/refreshing my ensembles). And at home, I have a commercial clothes steamer that I can not live without. (I can give my finer fabrics one quick steam, and voila, looking fresh).

I have had a candle warmer lamp for years! I bought it at Wicks n Sticks. They are no longer in business or at least at my mall. I have gone and left the house and forgot to turn it off. No worries about anything catching fire. It's just a lamp. All my candles are in jars. My cats have never investigated it either. Love, love 💕

Re: Curly Hair Journey, it does get easier as you get to know your curls and your hair gets healthier. It's a lot at first, pretty overwhelming if you're new to everything, but I've been doing the curly girl method for over 10 years now and I literally wash and style my hair once a week and that is IT. I know other curlies who have similar routines, only washing/styling 1-2x a week. So you really gotta stick it out to get the results that make your routine easier! Getting there is harder though, but once you get over that hump it's pretty smooth sailing. Compared to what you do now with all the heat styling daily, I think you'll definitely be able to simplify in the long-run.
Yeah I may try to jump back into the bandwagon again. I know for sure I need to start at least using a microfiber towel to dry it, but it does take a lot of patience initially like you said!

Hi Kat, when you showed the bowl with the brush the first thing I thought of was men’s hygiene as that was used back in the day with a shaving soap bar before shaving cream became a thing. It would be great for guys flying as it wouldn’t count toward your liquids.

Hey girl. I know this might be a strange request but here it goes. Im taking care of my 71 yr old mom. She has had 3 back surgeries since July 23rd 2023. Im trying my best to to get compensated for her care however i keep getting the run around. I live in Ga by the way. I been watching you for YEARS! Lol anyway. I know christmas is far away but of course i cant get a job and leave my mom alone. I have a 13 year old daughter and my oldest will be sweet 16 December 20th. Both oh my girls are about the same size as you. So i just wanted to ask from the bottom of my heart if when you go to take clothes to the thrift store if maybe you could send them to me for christmas presents to them. We have no family and their family's do absolutely nothing for them. I know this maybe weird but i live in a small Georgia town where there is no help. If this freaks you out or something im sorry but desperate times call for desperate measures. Either way love the vids good bless everyone....
