I hear what your saying about Turner . The reality is AP wont attract any quality coaches as he is on sink or swim deal and good coaches will have other opportunities.

Unless he really really stands out, im good on hiring interim coaches to full-time positions.

Everyone knows Norv is a great OC. Never really succeeded as a head coach. He does like to run the ball the correct way. Out of the I, not shotgun. Running out of shotgun is for pussies. Norv Turner is a great offensive coordinator everywhere he has been although he never had the grit to be a good head coach.

I don't understand the direction that this will take us in, because it seems too little too late to save this season. But obviously things weren't working and changes had to be made. I think Aidan is a more technically sound QB, but I think Ridder's athleticism is exactly what so many fans have wanted that Aidan doesn't have.
