Unorthodox Utilization | Armored Core 6 PVP
I've been wanting to use the Lamm legs, but not how other uses it. Never been a fan of long range pokes and kiting, so here it is; hit and run, combo Lammergeier Quad! Can't be as aggressive as I used to, so that's definitely something I have to adapt to with this one.

This thing has EN efficiency so high, it's unreal how aggressive I can be with it. The laser blade has such fast cooling, it would be ready for use shortly after stagger punish. - - Sorry for the absence of 60 fps option, I'm trying to increase the image clarity by upscaling the video to 4k. But please watch it in 1080p.

Here once more, trying with all my might to make the Laser Blade works. Took the Zimmerman for off hand weapon, due to its high Impact value and Stagger Extension capability. I feel like this combination would work wonders, should the Laser Blade has better tracking on the charged attack. It's a wonderful zoning attack, but the poor vertical tracking makes it very inconsistent. - - - - 00:00 - ...

Working off of the Combo Double Melee concept, I assembled a build that I'm somewhat content with how it performs. Yooo this is the same weapon build i use on my first day of AC6, though i don't use it on pvp but story. Linear Rifle (The first one) + Missile Launcher + Blade + Pile
Double melee FTW! though I don't recommend using this kind of build in PVP anymore, all other builds out there counters this kind of build easily...
Why no vertical kiting?
Is there a reason why you aren’t using the redshift over the moonlight? Since the redshift has higher damage on its normal attacks while the moonlight has a more powerful charged attack
The only sad part about Karasawa is I can't build 400 speed build around it. T-T

I always love to play Double Melee but I often get paired up with builds that hard-counter it (Tank Treads, Double Zimmermans, etc). Also THE MOVEMENT IS AMAZING. Especially without hard lock
I feel you... that's the hardship of melee players, and it also what make ones that persevered all the more amazing!
I'm guessing shield users give you a very hard time with this build?

Hey poji Super quick question Why not use talbot instead of abbot, considering the close range is almost the same and we're willing to forget ocellus Another thing also Why not use basho arms? I thought everyone would use the basho for this build but both u and mood(when he played) dont use it Is the firearms spec that much more important than melee spec here?
Talbot uses quite a lot more EN than Abbot, and I'm using Nachtreier core and likes to have more EN efficiency even if only a little. But I use ocellus on this build now. People said that the firearm spec doesn't matter, but I do land far more shots more consistently with this one more than when I use basho. I made the choice based of just that...

Bro youre cracked, ive never watched footage of somebody play this well before, the reads, the decision making and your evasiveness are all the best ive seen from any AC6 content ive watched so far including S rank arena matches. So refreshing to see skill like this instead of watching some dude running a meta/cheese ass build and flying around anticlockwise for 15 minutes straight spamming everything off of cooldown mindlessly. I love the dual unorthodox melee build too its sick, never thought id enjoy watching a build with quadlegs but youve changed that good sir hats off to you.

Hey poji, as someone who wants to get into dual melee I've a few questions One is, how do you melee cancel vertically? cause you suddenly end up going upwards All i know is how to melee cancel towards someone Another thing is How do i make sure my fully charged bunker always hits(tips basically) Thank you for your great vids and help
Maann, sorry I didn't get to answer your original questions... I was too sleepy to answer... But, to do verticals is just the same technique with basic melee cancelling. Just make sure you cancel it before you get beneath/close to your target, or else the melee attack will automatically released. A good way to practice this is to have trainer ac with AI off, and you hover right above him, then start from there. There is this thing called 'staircase' where you qb backward before doing another lunge, but the concept is pretty much the same. As for the bunker, try the bunk slide tech; you light attack with it, cancel it with forward QB, and charge whilst the momentum carries you forward. That's for punish. Raw bunks is more about knowing when to, honestly, and the opponent has to make mistake for you to capitalize on. I don't always hit it myself, as you can see in the video.
@@Podjie Oh yeah Practiced the bunker punish for an hour on training then went to arena with it The issue is that the stagger time is too low for you to shoot the Harris and do a full charge They always can dodge it in arena Not sure about pvp yet Maybe the lag makes it possible, just like burrito from bloodborne But the main issue for me is that Specially if you change the setup Like put a shotgun, then the stagger is very likely to not even happen, because of lower impact (though im sure you already know all of this) Anyways Ima go train with the hover and backslide techs now Thx again podjie
@@ActiasECHO One thing to keep in mind is that you want to switch to bunker before shooting the harris, switching after will make the charged attack lands too late most of the time.

Do you play with keyboard and mouse or controller? And if keyboard and mouse, what's your setup?
MnK from the very beginning! Mostly default keybind, but I set left/right shoulders to b and n respectively, as well as binding them to mouse buttons so I can hold them more comfortably. Hardware wise, it's just a membrane keyboard and a logitech mouse.
I figured you played KnM@@Podjie, as that kind of responsiveness with a controller on console requires an unlikely unorthodox grip to use soft lock. I just don't see much of anyone using soft lock with a controller due to hard it is to do...being on the offense and executing evasive maneuvers simultaneously.

You know, I'm watching these (as well as combat vids on AC6 in general) for the past month or so, and with every single vid I see my point being proven more and more: this game begs for boost-running as an alternative to boost-sliding. And today I finally remembered a game that does said movement right in the best way possible: and this game (surprisingly) is ANTHEM. I remember how SUPERB the movement there was, and how EXCELLENT & fluid the running, and dodging there truly is. And it's done using LEGS (excluding the Storm javelin which hovers above the ground almost all the time except when it's casually going on a stroll), and it feels AMAZING! It's what AC6's ground boost-sliding is lacking imo, it just doesn't feel right because it looks silly, it feels too weightless and becomes extremely dull & boring too fast. I would rather run around (note: on the ground, not in the air. In the air the boost/thrusters are acceptable, on the ground - no) using legs but with the same speed as when using boost-sliding, instead of actual boost-sliding tbh. And yes, everything I've said above is my biggest gripe with bipeds in AC6, quads (tetrapods) & tanks are fine just as is, boost-sliding isn't a problem when using those types of legs. But bipeds - hell no, gimme that sweet leg movement pls. UPD: And what throws me off the most is that it seems like there's no mod for what I described above, still nothing! How is that, how could it be, is just beyond me.
