I remember being young and going to all kinds of sleezy ass dumps searching for a bag of something (not meth) and this nails the uncomfortableness of copping… being in someone’s dirty house with people you only kind of know, dealing with their family/friend drama, just being friendly and chill and hoping you can get your dope and bounce.

I like this scene, because it shows how he sees his kids still and he puts everything together.

Make sure you check in on your kids every now and then. Talk to them. REALLY talk to them. Don't just take their word for it when they say "I'm okay" or "I'm fine" or "Everything's fine" or "Everyone's fine". Stay involved in your children's lives, even when they're adults. Because at the end of the day, that is when they will need you most.
