You see this message is to everybody in the trucking world. Everything looks OK right now. People are kind of making money. Some people are losing money. Some people are dealing with the California bull crap but by 2030 that quarter of $1 million truck you paid off to be able to operate in the state of California is going to be obsolete and outlawed!!! Everybody in the trucking industry needs to brace for impact! This is a gigantic industry similar to a very large vessel. A gigantic vessel in the water starts making preparations 50 nautical miles 30 nautical miles before it comes into port.. and the trucking industry needs to make drastic preparations as we move forward. We need to think ahead of the California bull crap.. and this means charging accordingly for the future of their zero emissions compliant program. And just like an extremely large vessel, making preparations 50 miles before it comes into port and slowing down its speed and its trajectory. we need to start our pricing to be compliant with California! if they want a zero emissions fantasy world, we need to start charging accordingly not after the fact! Because if we do it, after the fact, everybody’s gonna be screwed and companies are going to shut down independent operators are gonna shut down it’s gonna be a nightmare. So we think towards the future and oblige the Californian fantasy world and charge accordingly.. we will in a sence embrace what they’re asking for and charge accordingly for it! We can all sit here and gripe about politics and this or that or we can stick it to them where it matters most the pocketbook. They have clearly stated their intentions of zero emissions by 2030. They have clearly instituted emission compliant vehicles.. this is clearly the trajectory they are going, and we need everybody in the trucking industry to charge accordingly for it or face bankruptcy. These are just facts. Again, I reiterate, they have already done it. They have made their intentions set in stone by 2030 your current quarter of $1 million truck to be compliant in the state of California will be outlawed and obsolete by 2030.. And your truck prior to 2010 is already outlawed. $10 a mile it’s just business. Brace for impact or go bankrupt. This is just business. Everybody in the trucking industry needs to understand that every truck in California is going to be a gigantic paperweight by 2030. And on top of that you’re going to have to fork out for some battery operated truck that’s gonna cost 300 to half $1 million just to continue to operate. Because of these expenses, price increases must be instituted across-the-board starting immediately at a drastic rate to comply with California’s fantasy of zero emissions by 2030.! And the trucking industry needs everybody needs to be on board if they want to continue operating in the state of California. These are actual numbers and facts. Otherwise, we are all totally screwed.. and I mean everybody that has any plans on operating in California. Remember that truck you paid for paid off and or are still paying for as a company or independent operator is going to be a giant paperweight in California by 2030. 10$ a mile by November. In the state of California right up to the state line.. we all need to brace for impact. And California can have their zero mission fantasy world at $22 a mile. or they can scrap everything. But they’re not gonna scrap it so we need to charge accordingly because this is the factual trend pattern. We are working with. Fact Your truck prior to 2010 is obsolete and outlawed in the state of California California. Fact your truck California compliant truck according to their previous Ruling that made trucks that should be grandfathered into being able to operate within the state of California are now outlawed. And because of their previous factual decisions, the Californian compliant truck that you paid a quarter million or $300,000 for will be outlawed by 2030. Look at their previous rulings. And charge accordingly because you’re gonna need an entirely new truck and if you’re a company entirely new fleet.. by 2030. It’s just business, California. And the trucking companies will oblige you.. but it’s gonna cost you!! Cost of doing business enjoy your zero emissions fantasy world. We will enjoy not going bankrupt operating within it.

I spent a couple years running factory equipment under a bad super that was always dogging me over not making rate on shoddy old equipment that isn’t well maintained. It takes a toll. I haven’t wanted to operate production machinery since that happened and luckily I’m finally just driving forklift most of the time now. Under new supervision as well. Sometimes even small changes are a breath of fresh air. Thinking about maybe getting a CDL and running shuttle truck.

So here’s my plan for all shipping companies and shipping brokers. Set up warehouses right over the state line for drop and hook. Any and all operations to operate within the state of California will be a minimum of $10 a mile. And price increased accordingly for flatbed refrigerated and to absorb the cost of electronic trucks which will need battery replacements that are not cheap. So to be compliant with the 2030 ruling of zero missions. Any and all trucks operating within the state of California will now be charged a minimum of $10 a mile to operate within the state at which point they will drop and hook goods over state lines and run accordingly. It won’t be considered a boycott. It will simply be considered the cost of doing business in a state that is full of bull crap. Any and all shipping companies, and or owner operators will have to absorb the cost of zero mission vehicles, which is virtually impossible unless it electronic or hydrogen. And this will require a great amount of savings to prepare for California’s zero emission vehicles. So, as of now, everybody needs to discuss how to handle this business matter. Moving forward. And by 2025 $12 a mile by 2026 $14 a mile. With an increase of two dollars a mile every year until 2030. California can be the future of the green economy. Of course they will be paying $28 for a gallon of milk and $15 for a box of cereal, but whatever.!!! or they can get with reality and actual science and get rid of their utopian fantasy world. And be like the rest of the country!! or the truckers of America can be wise business men, and women and run their business accordingly and make the future preparations for California’s utopian fantasy in accordance with proper price per mile. Everybody, independent operators, brokers, shipping companies and all trucking associated personnel alike go viral on or you will find yourself living in a tent on the street in California. And for all truckers that do not work with California, may you continue to roll black and feed your families. Sorry California but business is business. Reality sucks and if we don’t institute these new pricing policies now. The future of tracking in California will be put in direct Jeopardy. We need to look at the future of the entire industry. $10 a mile by December 2024 or we are simply not going to operate in that state. Due to the simple fact that everything has already been restructured for emissions compliant vehicles. That technically are actually more toxic through atmospheric introduction. Combined with the cost of downtime due to repair and the cost of repair. it’s not like I can just cancel my insurance on my truck while in the mechanics shop for a couple of days a couple of weeks. Costing both money for the mechanical repair and the fact that truck is not on the road. Combined with future preparation for zero emission vehicles in 2030. 10$ a mile by November or December 2024 with a increase of two dollars a mile every year until 2030. You can have your zero emissions fantasy world. At. $22-$24 a mile. By 2030. These are just facts. Make it go viral. I don’t care if you’re using a sharpie on truckstop bathroom. Spreading it on TikTok. But it’s the truckers and shipping companies and their brokers that run this country and of California doesn’t want to run like the rest of the country. They’re gonna have to pay their fantasy world price. And we are more than happy to oblige your demands at $10 a mile starting November 2024 with a two dollar a mile increase every year until 2030. The owner operators and trucking companies that survive know for a fact they have to save their money. And considering that that Californian admission compliant truck that you just paid a quarter million dollars for is going to be obsolete by 2030 in the state of California means that you’re gonna have to start charging accordingly and this goes for independent operators and larger and/or smaller shipping companies and brokers. Otherwise, we simply cannot operate in that state.. so by 2030. You’re gonna have to fork out 300,000 or possibly half $1 million on a battery operated Tesla truck or if they actually get one into production a hydrogen truck.. and who knows how much a hydrogen truck is even gonna cost because they are literally in the prototype stage through Cummings right now!!! They have their fantasy zero emissions , but they’re gonna start paying now because we all have to brace for impact. Again, I reiterate. By 2030 that quarter of $1 million California compliant truck you’re driving today will be outlawed by 2030.. November 2024 $10 a mile. January 2025 $12 a mile. January 2026, $14 a mile January 2027, $16 a mile January 2028, $18 a mile January 2029, $20 a mile January 2030 $22 a mile. It’s not a boycott. It’s just the cost of doing business. Facts are facts. You want to fantasy world. . The truckers of America will provide it to you at a proper cost. That allows us to operate. FACT ! OF BUSINESS!!!

OK, so I’ve run the exact numbers Going from European sources , that don’t just measure the toxins coming out of the tailpipe, They measured by atmospheric introduction. So in America, they snake a rod into your tailpipe a.k.a. sensor and say your truck is producing such and such emissions , blah blah blah.. def out the tailpipe burns 90% of the toxic gases. Rolling black a non-def system. Does in fact let 100% of those gases out of the tailpipe. But the atmospheric introduction of those gases is .09%. Where as a DEF system is 8%. Simply, because those toxic gases are in fact, bound to the exhaust soot and particles and fall back to the Earth. But America only measures out of the tailpipe. So when it comes to California truckers and trucking companies need to learn to charge accordingly. Do not boycott or strike on New York for a political matter. Boycott California, simply due to business.. all shipping companies and brokers need to pay for extremely high maintenance on these admission control systems. Owner operators also have to pay for all of this big and small trucking businesses alike.. to put it simply a new truck that is California compliant is a quarter million dollars sometimes even more. Diesel is ridiculously overpriced. so now everybody needs to band together and simply say a minimum of $10-$12 a mile. Why because it will become cheaper to ship through the Panama Canal and unload container ships in Texas then it will be in California.!!!!! But everybody needs to come to the table on this!! Big and small trucking businesses alike. And when Californians are paying $18 for a gallon of milk. Maybe they will relax a little bit and realize that black smoke out of an exhaust pipe isn’t that bad after all!!! 🫡😉

This is also even worse when it comes to carbon monoxide produced with gasoline vehicles. Gas is incredibly toxic. And your cat converter. Has stopped a lot of the toxic gases from escaping and burns them up and the exhaust. This is the biggest contributor to cleaner skies. But when it comes to diesel. It’s a completely different matter. A DEF system creates atomized particulates and a hot exhaust gas contributing to the greenhouse effect and the upper atmosphere ozone layer erosion. Big black smoke falls down. The particles are clumped together. Def rises!! it’s a corporate screw job. And nobody actually looked at what is happening.. not that you should, but if you were to run a truck in a warehouse. That was five stories high. The big black smoke would have all of its particles settle on the ground at a very high percentage rate.. the DEF system would produce a giant cloud of carbon monoxide that would settle at the top and kill any birds at the top of the warehouse. DEF = death scientific fact. But hey, at least it looks clean. !!?!?

This is the problem with DEF systems. When it comes to carbon monoxide and exhaust particles that are a problem for your greenhouse gases and the ozone. Big black smoke is actually less harmful to the environment because the particles are of a larger size literately to the point where you can see them.. hence the big black smoke. But when you atomize the particles in a. DEF system. They are much smaller. Allowing for the toxic particulates to raise into the upper atmosphere. So it may look ugly to some nature friendly tree huggers to have that big black smoke blowin out of the exhaust. But it’s actually more environmentally friendly, especially to the ozone. Scientific fact. Carbon particles when clump together fall to the ground. Carbon particles that are atomized. And broken up, especially considering that it is a hot exhaust gas.. raise up into the upper atmosphere and put a bigger hole in the ozone layer. In California fashion of progressive, good ideas, The road to hell is paved with good intentions. But who actually looks at particle science
