Hi! I was trying to think of the best way to pin it to a shirt or lapel after reading your comment. My advice is to wrap the “stem” of the flower with floral tape and then use a straight pin (the kind used for boutonnières) to attach. This will cause small holes to be made, but I think it’s the most secure way to attach the money flower. Don’t want it falling off and getting lost! Hope this helps! ❤️

Hi! I haven’t had a jar crack yet. Most jars used in the US commercial food industry is soda lime glass which can tolerate hot water. Make sure your jars are room temperature before pouring in hot water to avoid thermal shock. Hope this helps! ❤️

Hi! I currently don’t have any kids patterns.😔 Reaching way back to what I learned in pattern making, it’s difficult to adjust an adult pattern down to kids sizing because body proportions are different. Children tend to have smaller chest measurements compared to their waists and vice versa for adults. If you want to make this cardigan for a child (would be totally cute!), it might work as the fit is pretty boxy. I would start by measuring a cardigan that already fits your child and use that as a guide. Take the width of the cardigan’s back panel and knit loops until you reach the same measurement. From there, follow the fit checks to ensure you’re on the right track. Sorry i couldn’t be of more help! ❤️

Hi! I have a different loop yarn blanket video which uses a cable knit design. That blanket only needs about 6 skeins of yarn. For this throw with the ripple design, you will need 8-9 skeins of loop yarn. The ripple design requires more yarn than a cable knit design. Hope this helps! ❤️

Hi! It’s totally your preference! I like to use fishing wire for leis because it’s invisible and floral wire when making bouquets. You can use floral wire for leis, but make sure you’re careful about placement of the wire ends. Don’t want them poking anyone! ❤️

I like to use what I call “newer” bills. Ones that have been in circulation for a short amount of time. I find they are a little easier to fold than brand new bills. Hope this helps! ❤️

Hi! Oh no! You’re correct that it’s a total of 12 yards for each color. Two pieces of 6 yards long ribbon for each color. I apologize if that was unclear in the video. All is not lost! You can try either gluing or sewing the 2 pieces of yarn together to make it the 6 yards you’ll need. As you’ll be weaving the ribbons together it should stay together without separating and if you add in the roses, it will mask where you glued/sewed. Hope this helps! ❤️

Hi! If you have another ball of yarn available: 1, Keep the last loop on the working yarn unknitted in the row. 2. Count out one loop on the new ball of yarn and start knitting with loop number 2. Knit as normal. 3. For the last loop in the row and the first loop from the new ball of yarn that you didn’t use, snip the middle string holding the loop together to undo it. Tie the yarns together to secure the 2 balls of yarn together. Hope this helps! ❤️

Hi! Netting and tulle are slightly different. The weave on tulle is tighter (smaller holes). I recommend netting to make the pouf, but tulle will also work. You may have to use more tulle fabric to achieve the same full look though. Hope this helps! ❤️

Hi! The 2 loops are left at the start as “weave in yarn”. Clip the little piece of string that keeps the loop together to make one long piece of yarn. Then, weave the yarn into the body of the blanket. This secures the start of the blanket so the knitted loops don’t separate. If you choose to add a border to the blanket, the stitches at the beginning of the blanket are pretty locked in, but it’s always nice to be extra sure. Hope this helps answer your question! ❤️

Hi! Row 1 is a regular knit stitch where you insert loops from the working yarn through the back of each loop in the row and then pull up. All the stitches should look vertical, no slanting. Row 2 is where you may be having an issue. It’s a bit tricky as you have to cross 2 loops over each other and then knit them. Make sure you are knitting in the direction shown on the pattern. Row 2 you should start knitting from your left side and continue to the right side. Think of each 2 loops as a pair. Cross the left loop over the right one (left loop should be on top of the right one) and then take loops from the working yarn and knit. Stitches should slant to the right. Row 3 should be knitted just like row one, vertical looking stitches. I hope this helps!! ❤️
