This is a lovely flow. I would like to ask how to contact you. I've signed up for an introduction zoom session with you but no-one turned up to host it. I got sent a video link of the apparent recording of that session.. But it must have been a recording of a different zoom intro. Then I joined the online programme, and needed to ask if hypopressives are for me, as I have a rolling hiatus hernia and doing them feels like it's making the reflux and hernia worse. No one replied to the 'chat' in the online programme. I then followed it up with an email, but still received no reply. Now I booked a zoom call with you to talk about your 12week programme. But again the Zoom window it is saying ... 'waiting for host to start the meeting'. I do want to believe this is a genuine business you're doing here, but I can't sign up for anything more where you or your colleagues ? don't show up!!

Happy to organise a time to talk about your hiatal hernia because we do need to treat that differently- making sure we don’t do inverted poses initially! And we want to build steadily to allow your diaphragm time to become more functional! hi abby, does a woman with an enterocele, rectocele, cystocele, ureterocele, rectal prolapse have a chance of healing without surgery? Have you met a woman like that who could heal herself? how long does it take to get well again? I've been on postmenopause for 3 years and at the end of my strength, I don't want to live anymore…😢

hi Abby, thank you for your offer and your concern... I would love to do that, but I know very little English... it's not enough to book a course with you and Philippa.. I use google translate, To write these sentences...I speak good German, Serbian and Croatian, a little Russian and English to communicate only as a tourist... I practice hypopressive training every day with your videos, I think that with apnea I also understand now, but my rectal prolapse is very difficult to bear... I don't think I can heal with all these problems...that my rectum prolapse will go in and my sphincter will be unharmed... I would like to have an operation, but doctors here say that these intestinal operations are often not successful and symptoms almost always come back... I am very desperate, I don't want to live , but I have to, I have a little 7 year old son who needs me...
Und ich kann also ein bisschen deutsch- wir können zusammen unserer biden verstanden- wenn du hilfe brauchst- mein deutsch ist ein bisschen langsam- aber vielleicht es ist genüg? Xx

Also what’s your thoughts on a rebounder ? I have 1 and love it , I’m not overly strenuous on it but is it beneficial with a bladder prolapse ?
I don't recommend rebounders until you have a functional pelvic floor. But if you rebound and you notice no leaking then enjoy. x
