That's the thing about this show they say these stories are based on true events but there's no record and evidence for them at all and these stories would be well documented and widely known not just to one show

This show was the reason why I personally wasn't affected by Disney casting other ethnicities to play their live action Disney princesses. I just think it's a retelling of the original source material in another culture ❤❤❤ as long as the background/setting of the movie didn't require the princess to be a specific ethnicity (take Tiana in princess and the frog or Mulan) I personally think it's ok to cast actresses of another ethnicity to play the character since it's about if the actress matches the personality and tone of said character (Halle Bailey being literally Ariel) Thankful for this show ❤ helped me get used to that concept easier

In the book, I think the croaking was done with ventriloquism. Carlotta was singing normally, but the phantom was making the croaking noises

This episode gave me a phobia of clowns and scarecrows as a kid 🤣 and living in country Australia there are many scare crows . Then jeepers creepers 2 came out and cemented that in stone 😂😂😂

Goated show, I watched this as a kid

I know the answer for the croaking! In the book it's mentioned that he's an expert ventriloquist, and that's a huge asset in him being able to pull off the whole "opera ghost" thing in the first place. So he's likely throwing his voice over Carlotta's. You can see this in the "I'm here! I'm here!" scene when he seems to be surrounding the venue.

Joe reminds me of Walter and Peyton reminds me of Buddy from the movie "Elf" because: • Joe had a wife named Sara Kelly. • Walter had a girlfriend named Susan Wells. • Joe and Sara divorced, but Sara was pregnant with a daughter named Peyton without Joe knowing. • Walter and Susan broke up, but Susan was pregnant with a son named Buddy without Walter knowing. • Joe was unaware that Sara became pregnant and about their daughter Peyton. • Walter was unaware that Susan became pregnant and about their son Buddy. • Both Peyton and Buddy meets their dads after years. • Sara died in a car accident. • Susan died of an unknown cause.

I'll note that, among the stories labeled as "Fact" in this episode, at least the bridal dress story isn't actually true. It's based on an urban legend that's been circulating for decades. Even if some of the other "Fact" stories showcased in the series might have a kernel of truth that's heavily embellished by the writers, that particular story isn't really based on real events.

It's not just the germs you are washing off. You really don't want to eat organic pesticides.....or other sprays meant to keep the bugs out of the shipping crates.... what's on the citrus peel is now on your hands.... nom.nom nom...
