I struggled with depression for the last two years. I think you’re situation is a little different since you had it for a long time but anyway, I treated it as brain inflammation and tried to depersonalize from it as much as possible. So I researched and basically eat supplements that are anti inflammatory and break the blood brain barrier. It took about two months to really notice a difference but it helped me a lot. I have days where I’m just happy and normal (my former normal). But still on and off. You’re smart I guess you tried a lot already but still in case you haven’t it’s worth researching 😊

I actually really like tiktok in moderation. My one issue with it, is that the platform has been like a bad boss with my content...random consequences for undisclosed or vague reasons, masked as "violation of community guidelines." The guideline that was violated has yet to be specified in any of these cases, and there isn't a space for negotiation or clarification around expectations. The platform does use psychological tricks to sway people towards certain kinds of content over others.

Im at probably my lowest point right now and i also recently came to the realisation ive been like this for over 10 years... but in many ways i feel like for you its even worse because having that realisation at 4 years old ... i dont know man I wish i could be your friend, but even if i couldnt i hope you have a good support system and people that appreciate you and know you for who you are I also hope that you do find happiness somewhere out there in the world, even if its in the mountains, the rivers, craftsmenship, companionship or somewhere within yourself I hope that you dont feel this way forever and i truly wish you the best id it does mean anything

This happened to me, I had to let go of a couple friends who acted just like Andrew. When I tried to distance myself from them they got mad and asked me why I was leaving their friend group. When I told them why, they tried to turn it on me and say I was sensitive to their "jokes" and argumentative. Really glad I walked as far away from those guys as possible, guys like that and Andrew are racist period.
