This channel will reach you how to get into the business, how maintain your equipment and how to load your trailer. It will also teach you that driving into DOT scales is not scary as long as you stay within your weight limits and maintain your equipment.
Videos are not scripted they are filmed each time we go out as we never know what will happen while picking up and delivering vehicles, you’ll see the issues we go through as we go through them.

Additional 12 D rings on your Ez4? It’s difficult to strap tires on first car when their near the bar. Installing extra D rings at the bar makes strapping easy and quick: Installing one or two (older ez4) D rings at front of the trailer allows you to drive vehicle all the way forward. Giving you a few more inches.

Pulled 4 vehicles from Adesa Auction 2 cars, 1 SUV and 1 van (Toyota Sienna). Video shows loading the vehicles (backing up two on the upper deck and two forward on bottom the deck.

10 SUV’s and 4 Sedans to be transported in 1 day, I started at 7 am to do three loads. It was a long day but I got them delivered.

Loaded 5 sedans, I had to move the bottoms cars forward. I was 1,100 under on my Drive weight (my max is 13,500). Dodge 5500 and Infinity GNW 500 five car trailer in California.

Booked 3 running cars, 1 had transmission issues. Took the non running car since all 3 were going to the same location. Rainy car hauling day in California. Driving through a weigh station (in Livermore, California) with 3 vehicles. How dealerships moves their non running cars.

CAT scale weight for my Dodge 5500 and Infinity GNW 500 empty. I removed my fuel tank, removed unnecessary items from my tool box and moved my tool box forward. My Dodge 5500 Steer GVWR is 7,250 Drive GVWR is 13,500 Trailer GVWR is 25,900 Happy Easter!

I drove from Stockton Ca to Carson Ca on a Saturday. I left at 4:30 pm and arrived in Carson at 11 am (Carson is South West of Los Angeles. I was there about 1.5 hours then turned around and drove home, about 750 miles. It was a long day but worth it!

Preloaded 1 car, picked up a recovery delivered one to Sacramento car lot and other to CarMax. Picked up 4 vehicles from Adesa Brasher’s in Rio Linda (one a booked on my way there). Loaded all four, delivered three to a dealership in Lodi and last car in Manteca.

Looking at Joe’s 6 car Infinity car trailer. I’ve had my 2017 Kaufman Ez4 for almost 3.5 years. Should I move up to an Infinity GNW 500 5 car trailer? I don’t want a six car, I don’t want to stress by Dodge 5500 going up the Altamont with 6 vehicles.

I noticed a loose wheel during my pre-trip, I arrived early to pickup vehicle to be able to tighten bearing. I do all maintenance my repairs on my equipment myself. If I don’t know how I Google or RUclips it.

Try contacting your local dealerships and car lots, most buy from Adesa. Direct customers are the best.

What persuaded you to go with the infinity over the mini 5? I stumbled across your videos while I was looking into a mini 5. Then I realized we're in the same area lol. Thinking about making the jump to cars, I currently run a single axel cascadia pulling Double tanks. You looking for a puller for 1 of your trailers by chance 🤔??? Do you still need a CDL? and if so A, B or C or any?
Yes my setup is a CDL Commercial Drivers License (Class A). You can haul cars with a Class C but your trailer with cars can’t exceed 10,000 pounds.
You want no more then 1/8 play in the jaws. That holland FW-17 needs a rebuild

I do it alone and i love it i would say im am introvert as well. I jam to music and listen to podcasts. I be in the zone! As long as you aren’t afraid of communicating with customers youll love it. Theres a difference between socially awkward and introvert and some people don’t understand the difference
Yes you’ll enjoy it. Like TheChampagnechulo said you will need to communicate with customers. You’ll also need to ask for business to generate direct customers.

I’d wedge with the Geo Tracker in #1 and then the two Astro vans. You can always measure vehicles before you load to make sure they’ll fit.

Can a 3500 truck pull a GNW 500?
I don’t recommend it, you’ll have an weight issue on your drive. On my 5500 I can put 13,500 on my drive. One of my recent loads I was 560 pounds overweight on my drive. I now backup cars and my drive is around 12,500.

How much you recomend for cargo coverage? The first year
It depends on how many cars. 1 Car Hauler = $50,000 2 or 3 Car Hauler = $100,000 4 Car Hauler = $150,000 5 Car Hauler = $250,000 And 1 million limited liability. Co-part and iaa have lower limits (wrecked cars).

Who did you get insurance through? I tried progressive but they said they don’t insure new dot numbers until it’s active for 1 year in Cali
My first year insurance Broker no longer insures new DOT numbers. Google commercial insurance broker (in your area) there should be several. I recommend getting more than one quote, after a year you can go through Progressive directly.
Is 5.60 the going rate now ?
It depends on distance l. This was higher than normal, they wanted cars ASAP.

I bought mine used with a gooseneck, I bought a fifth wheel and had it installed. You might be able to find a used truck with a fifth wheel but most likely you’ll have to have one installed.

My insurance broker no longer does new businesses. Google commercial insurance on your area, a few brokers should pop up. Make sure you get a few quotes.

Very nice. What is your fuel consumption on average with that setup? How does the RAM pull, does it have to work really hard for it?
I haven't used Infinity enough to see the fuel difference yet. It pulls really well, I've gone over a few hills but I don't haul over the Grapevine.

Be honest with the transporters, you treat them right and they will do the same. Give them as much information as possible. If vehicle does not run, why? Does it need a flat bed / tow truck?

I've noticed it slows a bit in November/December but picks up again in February as dealerships are stocking up for Tax season buyers.
