I need to hear more opinions on the fan story because I’m leaning towards it being fake. I heard one other detractor entertain that the story could be made up. And I just started your video on it. But there’s a few reasons why. Most obvious is Phil is known liar and recently a self admitted one. The details are full of issues with the time frame being the most glaring issue. With how long everything took one legit reason could be the installer getting paid by the hour and wanted to milk the job. Or he took so long so he couldn’t start the next job. Then having the come back next week makes it seem like Phil has some other commitment that is taking up both Wednesday. Either health or taxes maybe. The way Phil describes the whole interaction sounds like someone who is clueless on how to install a ceiling fan and was making everything up. If I remember correctly it took the guy over an hour to figure out the motor was defective and that could be sus’d out in minutes. Bc we know Phil takes longer to do everything compared to a capable man. Just like Phil’s completion times on games. The technician also talks just like Phil. Then Phil gets the superchats calling out his bullshit and he bans the 2 people. The level of toxicity and vitriol is consistent with Phil when he gets called out for his lies from telling on himself. Trying to think how to explain it better. You could just tell Phil was lying and no one called him out on it yet and when it finally happened he has more genuine hate for the detractor. Finally the whole story seemed like a way to be the victim once again to try to get pity donations from missing a stream. The whole story seems fishy to me.

Regarding the Spongebob/RUclips Kids app thing, I can imagine monitisation is not allowed due to the whole Elsagate thing from a decade or so ago. There's a lot I want to say about this video, way more than I even recall happening, but let's start with the beginning, from how he got pissy about being told to get right into gaming, using Phil's favorite analogy: Imagine if you went to a sandwich shop, and you try to ask for a sandwich. The owner is just there talking to you, giving you conversation while all you want is food. And after hearing him talk about the most asinine stuff for a long time you tell him you just want your sandwich. And the owner then yells at you for interrupting his conversation and kicks you out. How long would that sandwich shop last for? Not a lot, I can assure you that. This is coming from a streamer, far less successful according to Phil's metrics, sure, but even I can say that nothing is stopping Phil from merging everything into one. The "Podcast" (which is NOT a podcast, I agree with Bro there) could be stuff he talks about during gameplay, but he refuses to do so. Probably because his booze-riddled brain can't multitask so he can't focus on the game and any other conversation about whatever's happening right now in front of him. Regarding Twitch? Yeah, I stream there, and... I do NOT have a business degree, but even then I'd like to find a since CEO that would openly say "my business is absolute dogshit." No, they're going to say the same corporate shit everyone is going to say, they represent the company! They are aware this is happening and they say they're gonna do all they can to make sure it's all kept to the high standards that are expected from them." That's corporate talk 101. What Phil used to do was finish streaming on Twitch, download the VoDs, delete them from Twitch and posted them on RUclips immediately. This, obviously, was against ToS. ToS I'm more than certain Phil never reads or cares about until they are told they broke them, then shrugs and demands to be told why. Wanna whine and moan about bathtub streamers and thirst trap Vtubers getting money hand over fist from simps? Fine, feel free, they probably are not your target demographic or audience, no matter the size of Phil's moobs. Twitch lives rent free in his head and will use any excuse to bash them.
