@@NeoCinnamon 1. Doom had 79. You got under 70 confused with under 80. 2.This isn't my opinion. It's metacritic. It's why for games scores of 70 and lower are yellow instead of green. Games are rated differently than movies. It's very rare to see anything below 50, so at 70 they say it's not good. It can still have a cult following like bad movies. But under 50 is usually broken games. See pinned comment, I copy pasted how they rate things there. 3.If this video included everything above 70, it would be 5 hours long lol. We're trying to save people time here not waste it. But 4..... I might make another video for 75-80 because there are plenty of gems there that just missed the mark, like Doom.

@@OliveOcelot I did get that wrong it is 80% that is true, but that makes my point at least a little stronger. I don't think every game below 80% should be called Shovelware. Yes you didn't personally rate them, and yes IMDB does colour them yellow even when they might be a good game. My critique was more about the fact that these games aren't shovelware but rather not as well liked by critics. Also that is cool that you did do a video for the games rated 75-80. I do wish that margin was a little wider but that's besides the point. I really had the problem with that one word, but besides that this is a good video, well made and in the end pretty informative. You also knew when to say a game was still good despite it's rating which I'll also give you.

Depends when the sale it. Last year it was only Nov 21-27. This yea its until Dec 2. Next year maybe will go to December maybe not.

Well I had a much smaller list of about 50 games for my personal use to help me tackle the backlog. So I had some experience but yeah it was monotonous! Felt like I had a data entry clerk job... I'm happy this video is doing well cuz that was a grind lol.

Roads are great when they are available but zips get you there faster and are much more useful late game for the premium timed deliveries, that is if you have a nice network

@OliveOcelot yeah that right, I just got lucky having the roads already done from Port to the distro, but I have fun building the other roads, I just got zip lines and started making a network in the capital knot area.

Has it gone on sale end. I haven't seen the price go down not even a dollar in my area.

@ Heck no lmao I thought it was during Black Friday. If you buy it with a psn card on PlayStation you get 30$ - 35$ psn credit back with 15x points but that’s already over on December 2 I was going to buy it at bestbuy open box excellent condition for 169$ but I thought to myself. I have HUNDREDS of games 100+ installed on ps5 already and a pc and I just got a switch for 280$ 😂 I have too many games. I don’t need the handheld If I didn’t have so many games maybe I’d get it I just wish ps plus went on sale again. They had the audacity to make the extra version discounted to new people only is baffling to me… How do they go from free online to insane highway robbery prices 😭

@@evh22 the catalog is always changing. So keep your ear to the ground on what games are leaving. I usually do a video about games leaving once a month.

@@Caveira03 I bought outer worlds on disc years ago I liked it. It's from obsidian the same people who made fallout new Vegas, so it has a similar action funny vibe but it's all in space.

@@samuelzappala3381 yeah that's the unfortunate thing about metacritic and user reviews. They don't get updated. Some games used to have micro transactions and got review bombed too but are in a much better state now.

@@יגילסופר-ס1ס just turn off auto renew by following the same steps. That way you can still play your games until your sub expires. They just won't charge you automatically. And who knows maybe there will be a boxing week sale by the time yours expires. You might get lucky.

@@ThatNONtoxicGamer it's going to be needing updating every month. But now that the list is compiled it's gonna be much easier to update than start from scratch. I already had a list going, but it was only for games I was personally interested in. It's been a great help for tackling the backlog.

Cyberpunk is a subgenre of science fiction in a dystopian futuristic setting said to focus on a combination of "low-life and high tech". It features futuristic technological and scientific achievements, such as artificial intelligence and cyberware, juxtaposed with societal collapse, dystopia or decay. And boy do we ever have societal issues and inequality in Deus Ex. I beat all the old ones. I loved the stories and linear gameplay, much prefer it to Cyberpunk 2077. Also they tend to predict the future in these games. The commentary refers to when there was massive hype about cyberpunk before it came out and flopped. and those who played deus ex were prone to say we have cyberpunk at home. @@OliveOcelot Yes I agree to that. But all EA is already included on Game pass. Callisto protocol is there on game pass. Hell-blade is also there. No spiderman, no resident evil. Plague tale part 2 was again great but almost a year has passed since then.

I wouldn't seem nuts at all! It's a pathetic month, one of the worst in a long time in fact. The best game, which again is 2 players only, has been available on extra just a few months ago.

@@dooleh84 I literally did a video comparing all the month from the past two years on essential and no it's not a fact. Far from it. Bad for you and I'm sorry it didn't cater to your specific taste. Most people have at least one friend they can play games with (it's what party chat was invented for, hanging out with your friends while gaming) It takes two doesn't need to be couch coop either, you can play online too. It's an objectively great game, critics and users agree. Believe it or not but this was how video games used to be played, friends gathering around a tv and having fun.

@@OliveOcelot The thing is it can be the best game in the world, if it's strictly 2 player I don't want it... I want to play games at my own pace, not schedule play sessions with a person from my online friends list who I don't want to talk to while playing a story driven game. As for this month not being one of the worst, go online and see how people are reacting to it. PS access channel on youtube is a good place to start, that's where the lineup is always announced first every month.

That's tough, the expiration date is Dec 2 for this promotion, which is unusual because it's usually doesn't go into December. But if you don't get it maybe wait all December until Boxing Day, they sometimes drop a discount at the end of the month.

@@anipdag it honestly depends on how much time you have. Because if I didn't have extra I'd have to spend hundreds of dollars a month to play the very same games, even at sale price. Also when I'm done a game I rarely revisit, so not owning it is not a deal breaker for me. If it has huge replayability factor and I love it, then I might buy it.

@@OliveOcelot But the pain of game being removed while you're playing still hurts more. Peace of mind is where my priority is. Essential is good enough for monthly surprises, Online Play and Cloud Saves.

@@anipdag that's a valid point. But if it weren't for games leaving in last chance to play I wouldn't have played 1/3 of the games I did. Weren't even on my radar and so many good ones I discovered through that feature. A month is plenty of time unless it's a really big open world game.

@@pandupersada6797 no if you cancel it now. It will still let you play games until it expires. There is no canceling. They just removed auto renew button and now it's the cancel button so it scares people from not pressing it.

@@Rosvend yea sorry. I added a lot more games to it but only meta scores, so it looked messy with the runtime only for some of them. I'll take another crack at it soon and update it with the run time. It just takes a while clicking on 200 pages and typing lol. But I'll get to it, so many comments requesting it! Didn't know others were OCD with the backlog too haha. I wish I had a bot or program but I'm doing it the old fashioned way. Prone to human error. Missed some big games too in the video. There was a huge spreadsheet floating around but it had when the games are likely to leave and when they arrived. Look around in reddit for it

There were so many good ones! So many hidden gems. (see tier list video) that take like a day or two to beat instead of months!... And are way more memorable too!

Yes you are still safe, I made a mistake in the video and read 2023 dates in that section. You should be good just make sure that auto renew is turned off. And you do that by cancelling like the video shows.
