@@Carlos-wl5fn the games should drop on the 21st.usually mid Tue of every month. If you've downloaded any of the games on the last chance to play there will be a timer on the home screen. When those games leave the new ones drop. Haha I love those two sites. Feels so good sorting them. We like charts and data on this channel. See the recent 13 top short games video or every good game on extra video for more metacritic sorting content hah.

@OliveOcelot Premium, Any game that I would play on PS Plus I already own. I would have to pretty much stop buying games for 2-3 years to get any kind of value out of PS Plus at this point.

@ i started ishin a couple years ago but fell off it. If you want something more modern and less grindy. Definitely go for gaiden. I wanna pick ishin up again eventually. Probably after pirate yakuza though haha

@OliveOcelot yeah, that's part of why I'm in such a hurry. I didn't even touch forbidden west because I never imagined it'd leave the service. Not letting that happen again.

@@ObamaTheHedgehog just play the story so you're all caught up by the sequel. Then if you have the time, go back for the plat later. I did that with the first one and it was easier for me for some reason. That challenge mountain kicked my butt the first time around.

Yesss. Besides part 2. I can't think of that many games from my wish list that are a couple of years old that haven't made it yet besides elden Ring and cyberpunk.

Lol. Glad you enjoyed it. Animal well is so deep.... (pun... Intended??) you beat it and think that was a nice game but realize you have only a few tools. Then the next layer is platinum grind and you get twice as many tools to use and then you rest happy after you get all the eggs... Then you realize there is a 3rd layer because there are so many codes in the game that were unsolved and it needs a whole community to solve. So many Easter eggs, i've never seen a game reward exploring to this degree.

@ yes ! I’m not even half through the game cause I’ve just been going everywhere and coming back and getting eggs and solving puzzles and opening more doors and I still have like 4 tools 😭 I’ve beaten like 1 boss hahaha

Yea those short games look fun I'm glad I watched those trailers. I'm not sure if I'll play or download ragnarok though. I don't want the PS plus license to override my digital version that I have already.

Although I agree with you that it has very few Critic reviews on metacritic, which is part of the reason it has a whopping 92 (based on only 44 reviews like you stated) the user scores are almost just as high with a 8.6 (6500 user reviews) which incidentally is the same user score as Doom Eternal (5400 user reviews) I just finished Animal Well which has a similar origin story, made by one guy with a 91 rating but only 33 Critic reviews. I feel like it deserves to be way higher than undertale. It's such a better game in almost every way. But user reviews seem to disagree with me as they voted it way lower undertale with a 8.0

@OliveOcelot Undertale's fan base is overwhelmingly children so I'd chalk that user rating up to kids. Also, Undertale wasn't just made by one guy unlike what Toby the egocentic Fox claims. There's someone called Temmie or Tammie or whatever who made most of the half-decent looking art (not that there's much of that) and she also designed literally every level. Imagine having someone who made every level for you of a game -- the most important part of a game -- it doesn't seem so hard to fill in the gaps. Not to mention numerous other people who helped out. And yet Toby said it's a game made by one guy, lmao, how delusional and scummy can a guy get... Animal Well sounds very interesting and I'm looking forward to playing it.

Might be a licensing issue. Does it show up in the catalog or is only the search function cursed?

Most leave after 1 year. Some 2 years and a few after 6 months. Some games have been on the service since it started and never left. Many of them renew their contract without any announcement. If you sort the catalog by recently added you'll see a lot of old titles there too. Usually meaning they got renewed.

So I'm constantly catching up with the comments. Thanks for watching this and especially part two! (it needs more love) also so many games in part two that deserved to be 80+.

Inscription is so good! The forgotten city isn't as emotional or cinematic as life is strange but that's a high bar. It might be fun to watch because it's a knowledge based puzzle. So you can have backseat gaming helping you with decisions. But similar to life is strange you do get do overs when it comes to npc dialogues. So I guess there are parallels after all.

That one video, that reddit hated, got my channel monetized and got me 1500 subs in a month. I think it's at 70k views now! That's a weird glitch. I get annoyed at rest mode because I'm moving the ps5 constantly. So it's a pain to wake it up just to shut it down before unplugging. Or to eject a drive safely.
