legend, i clicked the link in the description on the 7th of sep 2024, followed the process and it worked straight away, i thought i was going to have to buy a new headset. brilliant mate thanks.

HELP! I did all this, went through that page too, and downloaded the drivers for audio hub and it still won't detect my headset. My headset was just working last night. Audio hub won't even sense it and i tested the chord and it works and right before this shut off it said battery level medium. Since then its still unresponsive contact support webpage on turtle beach does not exist anymore

I have been attempting this for 8 hours now .. its acting as if it its going to work , and the light on headset does come up red for a few minutes and then when i get it to knowledge the headser it just goes right back into being bricked mode and i have to attempt again to see any life in headset once again ... any thoughts or ideas from anyone also having this issue

One year ago, and it still works, thanks for this it worked out for it would not connect to transmitter.

I just got mine today and they work perfectly as long as there's a charger connected but if they are unplugged they do nothing. Battery won't charge. Oddly enigma that was the failure mode of my stealth 700 gen 1 at least they are consistent I guess but damn. #gohawks

Hey bro I really need help I have the 700 gen 2 MAX and I’m dealing with this problem and I tried the audio hub but it keeps giving me an error and won’t turn on completely it turned on for 2 sec then turns off

I got the 600 gen2 usb and it will not charge, not start....it is completely dead.

Worked perfectly… after I used the Turtle Beach cable. Had to dig around for it, but it’s the only one that actually worked. Any other USB-C cable wouldn’t work.

this did not work for me :( My computer still did not recognize my headphones but will recognize my transmitter.

Fixed mine! At first I only got the pop for the Xbox head phones (mine are ps5) and I downloaded it anyway. Then it kept disconnecting after it downloaded the update. So I reset the software and plugged in the headphone receiver and it updated normally and now it works again! Thank you so much!

Got mine fixed 7/10/24. I had no cherge light or power on function. The hard reset didn't work for me so I downloaded the app on my laptop. After trying to update, it said there was no updated firmware available. Then I did the restore to default option and it automatically turned on after. Good luck 👍🏻

Mine's volume is too low, how can I fix it?

Mine stops during loading the device after installing the firmware. Shows a device error regarding the usb being disconnected. I double checked its firm. The headset says “batt…” and shuts off. What do I need to do to fix this?

The recovery link in description worked for me, the firmware update through the audio hub did not. The hub disconnected when the process was “done”. Funny cause I put these headphones away over a year ago until now I just decided to try to fix em before tossing

I have a question - I have lost my official turtle beach transmitter usb - can you use a generic bluetooth transmitter? Or will this not work. I am stuck and need some help if possible

This is such bs it wont even turn blue or blink blue, it only works when plugged into usb into the ps4 & the audio hub apparently says theres no update needed

My headset won't even turn ON without being plugged into my ps4, WHICH MAKES THE MINI USELESS. I'm not sitting 4 inches from my ps4 to use the headset, it doesn't factory reset, it JUST came from Amazon & when I have it plugged in & turn it on its on but no light on the headset
