OK first off for my personal experience I don’t really get a fisheye effects. That’s bullshit straight bullshit and fax objects is exactly the same size to the human eye what you see through the object I honestly wish it did have a little more FOV it could benefit it does not have a fisheye Affects that’s not true. If I was you, I wouldnt hold back any longer. It was definitely worth it by for as practical civilian use for just fun, hobby and stargazing etc it’s perfect.

@First_name_youtube_doesnt_like nah, I didn't get scammed. It does what is advertised and is far better than the other digital I'm seeing, not that the other digital is awful, just the Opsin is better and you can use it on the move with the 90fps. The analog is great but it has weaknesses that are the boons of digital, and vice versa. Secondhand analog isn't a step up imo. If you're talking 2k FOM in white phosphor, than I'd agree but that will cost about 3.5k on the low side....

Oh yeah no I was at sonics options definitely better by then it by a lot but from you know me have been played with the scion option recently and I realized oh wow OK so the NVG 30 really is not that far off from it it’s literally just needs a bit More strength like 50% more than it equivalent to the option. However, there are some benefits that the NVG 30 has over the cynics option that cynics option can’t do which means background light filtration the option is blind when there’s a light present where is the NVG 30 isn’t

@@KyzoFox I think the NVG 30 looks solid from what I've seen. Looks like a good budget option. Firmware has helped a few of the Opsins issues, which aren't that big. The NVG30 seems better for a hand held & the Opsin for a mounted unit. That's just my opinion though

@First_name_youtube_doesnt_like scammed? Lol you’re pretty funny I bought this device out of my free will because I didn’t want to spend thousands of dollars on a NVG so I bought something that actually does what it used for and sorry but it’s worth what it’s price tag is placed.

Sadly, I don’t wanna spend that kind of money but honestly the NVG 30 versus aurora pro MG 30 is actually kind of a lot better than the pro and clarity and crispness especially in the dark areas. Also, the NVG 30 is significantly much more IR sensitive than the sionix Opsin and the aurora pro plus I also has way better features more features more color modes in the URI much nicer

So basically, in general, the NVG 30 is by far the best budget digital night vision on the US market right now and I highly suggest buying one. It definitely was worth it on my end and I’m happy with it.

Even if it had a pair of PVS 14s are really high in military night vision I would still have the NVG 30 for one reason because an urban areas with a ton of light you can’t use with phosphor tubes or other NVG tubes because it burn whereas it could use that on the NVG 30 because MVG 30 is perfect for urban night visionor just general night vision with moonlight it’s mind blowing how well this thing sees compared to the human eye in the moonlight. It sees significantly better.

No, it’s the awesome tiny 660cc gasoline mini trucks and sedans. I’ve wanted the Suzuki cappuccino for a while… but now that I can’t buy one because Georgia is a dick. People spent over $6,000 years o have them imported and registered all combined. Not only the extra $10,000 to $15,000 they spent to buy it. Yea… it’s that plus 6k or more to have it imported and registered…. Just to let you know when opening doors it’s normal when bout to grab the door knob and have to reach out another 4-6 inches in order to counter the distance between the lens and your eye so that part just takes getting used to

That’s not quite true, and I have nothing to do with the shipping. I had to install an app that GoodNiteGear recommended to be able to track the package. It should take a week or so. Don’t quite remember how to do it as it was complicated

Yea actually it’s way better than you think. Know in person it’s much better and can see way better, but. For some reason there is flashing recorded on the sd card and the quality is pretty bad. Idk if it’s the SD card but I will soon upgrade to a 32gb and much better one.

@@KyzoFox Thank you kyzo, I am not planning to use it in combat, just for training and scenarios such as if SHTF where that might be all you have, as I was interested to see how well you can use it indoors outside war zones.

To be honest the Sionyx Opsin is not worth it. Unless you really want super powerful digital night vision. I would do it. But the NVG30 as budget night vision for $500 is more than worth its value and it’s very very good for what it can do. It’s a very impressive device for the money, very close to gen 2

I would highly suggest a gen 2 or more PVS-14 if you’re going to spend that much. But if you are keen on getting decent digital night vision, definitely get the NVG30, she won’t let you down. Yes, it’s not as powerful as the Opsin. But both the Opsin and the NVG30 CANT see in extreme darkness like a pvs-14 can. Just simply fact with digital NVG. Regardless you need some sort of ambient light output more then the pvs will require to see

@@KyzoFoxonce im done with uni this year and start working, I plan on buying two and bridging them. I currently have a Nightfox Swift 2 pro which is excellent for its price (it cost me $220 total) and does a decent job for airsoft (i have a video of some gameplay with it) but from everything ive seen of the NVG30, it's comparable with gen2+ analog stuff.
