Everyone is driving on the wrong side of the road! Just kidding lol. Glad to see you're doing Alright in the new year.☺
@@steveparkinson9853 thanks for watching - Happy New Year 🥳
hey buy seamoss and burdockroot powder it makes me regular
I remember when I started the infusion therapy saying to my Neurologist that the medicine wasn't making me better and she told me that the medicine wont make me better it can only help to keep it from getting worse and hopefully keep the immune system from attacking itself. That realization hit me pretty hard. This journey we're on is like a roller coaster full of ups and downs but we can't give up. There is no cure for this disease but at least now the Doctors have a better understanding of it and medicine and or therapies to hopefully keep it from rapidly progressing. Anyway, I wish You and your Family happy holidays and a Happy New Year!♥
I'm going through that as well. Every day I need to stretch my calves because they're so tight. Also Ive been trying to strengthen with exercise. A couple times I've woken up and my calves were so cramped that I couldn't even take two or three steps. The first time it happened I was really sick I think I must've gotten food poisoning and I got so dehydrated that my legs got extremely cramped . Once I was able to rehydrate it got better in a day or 2 but that really scared the crap out of me. Then about a year later it happened again not sure why it happened that time but the next day it went away. Now I stretch all the time so hopefully I can avoid that also exercising. Lately though my right leg which is my weaker leg, my right hip has been really sore. Think I need to go back to the physical therapy.
I enjoyed the walk with you. It's so beautiful where you are.
All the best to you!
Do it clap??
@bloodyrobot not sure what you mean but thanks for watching
I'll see you next week. Hope you get some much needed rest. The neighborhoods you were driving through kinda remind me of some of the neighborhoods we have in the bay area here. Take care🦘☮
Thanks so much for your excellent showering tips! You look beautiful! 💖

Congratulations on five hundred videos.
Thanks so much for watching. I really appreciate it ☺️🤗
Independence is very important to maintain. Glad to hear you're doing well. I just got the results of my last MRI's and they said I don't have any new lesions so that's some good news. Just did some more infusion therapy the other day so I think the meds are working and hopefully I'm not getting worse.
@@steveparkinson9853 Hi Steve-thanks for watching! That’s such good news ☺️ What infusion do you have?
@@alrightwithms845 I've been taking rituximab for a couple years now
Hello thank you for sharing your symptoms ! I’ve had all the same symptoms you described about a month ago and thought I was going crazy thinking it was all in my head. I am undiagnosed female just turned 30 waiting to see a neurologist in November to ask be tested for MS to include a MRI. I had a soft diagnosis of neuropathy last year by another neurologist and she didn’t let me do a MRI because I passed the physical exam they do in office. Over the past 2 months I’ve been experiencing a really bad flare-up including the shock feeling down my neck, eye pain, light sensitivity, eye floaters. numbness, tingling , weakness, off balance when walking just to name a few. I hope you’re doing well and please keep sharing your journey 😊
@@kendregab7328 sending my best wishes. Thanks for watching and good luck for a positive future 😊

Thanks for sharing your journey, looking forward to see you achieve 5,000 steps! I was wondering, do you experience pain/soreness in your hips? I've been having that issue for awhile now especially on my right leg which is my weaker leg. I'm looking at some exercises I can do to increase the strength in my hips and hopefully that will enable me to walk better. Wish you the Best😊
@@steveparkinson9853 thanks for watching. No my hips are good. Best wishes with your exercises ☺️ Nic
Good video

Hey Nic, do you have ms progression timeline video? (like symptoms from the very start to current progression by year). If not, would be helpful. Cheers 🌹
@@federicamatii thanks for watching and your great comment. I’ll do a progression time line video next time! Thanks ☺️
That's a good exercise for the calf muscles. I need to do more of those . Lately I've been doing some lunges in the morning but I think the lunges are more for the thigh muscles. I'll try to check out some of those other links you got when I have more time. Thanks again .
Great advice. I was diagnosed a couple years ago. I think I've probably had it for a lot longer but it wasn't till about 4 or 5 years ago that my ability to walk got pretty bad and I had to go to my doctor to get checked out. It took at least a year for them to finally have me get some MRI's done. Then when they found some lesions on the MRI, then they finally referred me to a Neurologist and I got a diagnosis. In the early stages of the disease you really have to be persistent with your doctor and get the MRI's or they wont refer you to a specialist or Neurologist. Thanks again for all your tips and advice.
Thanks for sharing & your experience. Also thanks for your continued support 😊
I've been trying to stay away from fried foods as well.I'm not sure but I think I've experienced the ms hug in the past with pain in the rib cage and chest area that lasted a few days. Just got some MRIs done this morning so the Neurologist can see if I have any new or worsening lesions and see if the meds are working. Hope you feel better soon.🥑
Thanks for watching! Best wishes for a positive outcome 😊
Thank you for passing on information that may may help others. ❤

I just started taking magnesium about a month ago. I take it every other day along with vitamin D3. Its probably too early to tell if its making a difference but I think it helps out .

Keep positive Nic. Life goes on, even with MS. I just got back from the pub & fancy eating a pineapple. Take care out there. Terry from the UK. ❤
Thanks I needed some motivation today
Thanks.I'll add those to my routine that looks like a good stretch for the lower back and hips
@@steveparkinson9853 ahh thanks for watching! Yes it is. Best wishes ☺️
That's interesting I just saw my Neurologist a couple of weeks ago and I told her that the bones on my right palm have been hurting for the past 5 or 6 months.I thought maybe it was a side effect of the rituxamab infusion meds they've been giving me but it's probably just my right side getting weaker. I'll have to start working more on strengthening my hand I guess. I've been a guitar player most of my life so I need to keep my hands working good.
Hand strength may not seem to be a major issue until it is. I've noticed just handling my toothbrush has become an issue. It's also a problem with holding items when you have carpal tunnel. Thank you for this video. 🎉❤
@@cinemaparadiso1991 Ahh you’re so welcome. Best wishes. Thanks for watching ☺️
You should look into lion's mane mushroom, Blessed Be.
I've been going through similar too. For me it's my right leg that's the weaker leg.Try not to get discouraged & keep trying to get stronger.🙏

Hi, what you are experiencing might not have anything to do with MS but that being said I also have MS and I experience those same symptoms when i get overheated. The eye symptom feels really weird lol
@@ph-qh8bd Thanks so much for watching! Yes the nurse said that might be the reason. ☺️

Diagnosed 10 years ago with PPMS & toilet problems are the norm. I take zero medication for anything. Eat healthy & keep active is the way to go. I don't ever go to the GP. 10 years before I was diagnosed, the GP had me going insane with medications for every condition they had supplies for. Avoid stress & be positive. ❤
