No need to put checker plate under the cab, noone is going to walk there.

Iv got a 1968 job, the bodywork is rotten , it runs pretty well but lately the oil an water mixed. Don't think its the head gasket do.

Had the same problem The air bags I bought on EBay were Chinese and the band around the top was not crimped enough I had 2 fail on me reported them to eBay but they are still selling them 🤷🏼‍♂️. Very dangerous if the blow at speed

Hi thanks for the video it helped alot. Quick question the long narrow panel under the air filter is leaking diesel on my sons and was wondering what it is called and can it be replaced. Thanks for any help given.

These cars have some of the most simple air suspensions on them. They are easy to repair and if you buy quality parts, they don't break. In 215,000 miles and 17 years it has needed 1 accumulator and just finally needed the rear bags replaced. If you're the one doing the wrenching and you keep having issues, it's probably your wrenches that cause it.

What a lovely restoration job, but do be careful of those engines fumes in your cosy little shed.

If is wasnt for people like you they older units would rust away, well done keep it up.

HELP !!! I've got the same backhoe here in Canada. Where did you find the vin number ? Can't find anyone here with replacement brake pads. Do you still have the invoice indicating part numbers ??? Need some help Sir. I have a JCB 3C MK111. It is taking sometimes up to 5 mins to go into gear. Do you have any videos or information on how to check it and what fluid and filters need changed. I am here in the states and I have brought 2 books but they do not really help me. Thanks in advance for any help.

That's one thing about the 3c it's dead easy to change the clutch, I remember one that I did , when I went away for a while and a mate of mine turned up and was messing about waiting for me and he turned the shaft in the gearbox and cleared off without telling me, I seem to remember it caused me loads of grief, but I can't remember why, it was over forty years ago
