    My life completely changed when I stopped giving a damn about women. What they wanted what they thought about what they cared about I just stopped giving a shit about any of it. Since that process is taking place my life is completely changed I have way more going for me. I bought and sold a BMW in that time I have a collection of shoes I always wanted that I never had TVs and I always wanted that I never had. All the TV packages you could think of sports HBO I watch everything. Got the hell out of cold ass Michigan moved to Florida to be closer to my dad. None of these things would happen if I was still spending money on women. I have not spent a dime on a woman since 2018. All the money that used to go toward dates and women started going toward me. Amazing. I come before you and I'm not going to spend shit on you. Still want to date? Lol

    Here's how I see it...Why am I obligated to provide care for my parents when they barely provided that care for me? I left at 17 and never went back. I've raised my 4 grown sons and I've made it clear that they are in no way to care for ME. That is MY responsibility. They are to care for their families. Pretty simple💕

    When you get old is when you find out how you raised you kids. When you need help they give you what they got when they were helpless and vulnerable, unable to care for themselves,

    It is expected of 1 child to stay home, not have marriage or family, they are raised to be the parents caregiver until death. The rest of the siblings can go have their lives, not helping with the parents. You can also be expected to work, babysit for nieces and nephews your life is that of an indentured servant. Check out Mormon,Mennonite old country beliefs. Does this really happen. He'll ya it does.

    This is definitely a case by case topic. It seems the takeaway is setting boundaries when it comes to defining help and care. Like you mentioned if you are able bodied then mom and pops time to work. But sickness im here with you. My money is not your money i have things im responsible for.

  • @fantasyfan998
    @fantasyfan998 4 месяца назад

    I agree, I'm currently going through this now. Cutting the cord is the hardest part but it was an unhealthy expectation i had placed upon me. Able bodied adults in their 50s who expect financial support is lunacy. It's unfair to my wife and family to expect this from me at such a young age.

    I agree we are not responsible for our parents also they really didn't have the opportunity to make the money we have the opportunity to make, it was more difficult for them to be successful. How could they think of generational wealth? It was straight survival

    • @bttspodcast
      @bttspodcast 5 месяцев назад

      Thanks for the comment. I would say most people are in survival mode right now. So we have to ask ourselves a couple of questions: 1. When will stop the cycle of being in survival mode and placing the future generations in that same mode. 2. If we don’t start breaking the cycle that we are in now, what will be our excuse to the following generations?

What I found was need to more self-aware of who I and where I was and who and where I wanted to be going forward in all facets of my life.

    It sucks more on the woman's part. Anyone can have the money to take a woman on a date. I'm a female, yall make the most simplest things look so bad 🙄😕 i can literally act like in sum fem lesbian and take a woman on a date, its not that deep. Its not no womans fault yall go for the Kim Kardashians and mad when ur pockets dried out. Like, maybe stop watching yhe Kim Kardashians and talk to women outside, and realize not every woman is a Kardashian? Then yall get mad when a woman can do things herself, yet complain about your role about providing as a man. 😐🙄😐

    The conversation about frequency is the the main point of my women if you are comparing home management. Most of my friends stayed home to raise the children, I am curious as to what you consider a job if managing your home and training your kids is not that. The details that women see as important with children I have come to realize are vastly different then what men see as important. I notice this as a teacher working with males and also as I look at the children. Boys and girls operate differently. I mostly have had 90% boy dominated classes. The energy I needed for that is very different then what I need for my class that is female dominated.

    • @itsflo8794
      @itsflo8794 7 месяцев назад

      That really interesting. Could you explain more about the difference in energy required for a male vs female dominated classroom?

    • @eulicehooper8385
      @eulicehooper8385 7 месяцев назад

      @@itsflo8794 Sure. The way aggression is expressed from the boys and how I have to redirect them. They will climb on, jump off of, and knock down anything. They have spontaneous wrestling matches and all that was needed was eye contact. The boys fight physically more then with their words. The girls say unkind things to each other as a form of aggression and also choose not to play with other girls. The girls require a bit more emotional capital in needing to talk to me more and they want more closeness with play time and work. The girls also have been more diligent to clean up and help others if they see a need. The boys will look at the issue and then it never fails the girl will end up doing it for the boys if they see it not done. With the boys I have to tell them to stop and calm their body down and look at what needs to be done. They will also allow the girls to do all the work and just watch the,m until I say to the girls helping is not doing it for someone it is working with them to the capacity they are able.

    I definitely have that “mom” look 😆. I understand the lady’s perspective in that video. I’ve felt like a single MARRIED mother for the 21 years of our marriage carrying the emotional labor. However, I still refuse to parent alone so I’m always encouraging our sons to “go ask your dad… go talk to your dad… call/text your dad.” I feel like I shouldn’t be the “mediator” or the “go-between” yet I am.

    I think what’s also important is that black people are in a unique situation where our dollar doesn’t stretch as much as another race/culture does. It’s just the reality. So in my opinion, it’s better to plant the seeds of the future then trying to take care of someone who has lived a full life.

    I don’t have kids and I still have to work my ass off. This is what all humans have to do. I don’t understand why parents love to use this to guilt trip and manipulate their kids. And then she mentioned that his mama was the one who was in the fight with him, but it was his mama the cause of the fight, his pain, suffering, and poverty because it was his mama who brought him into her sh*tty circumstances and the one who I’m assuming chose an irresponsible man to have a child with…

    When you love your parents you will want to help them in anyway you can as they age when and if they need it. Sounds like your trying to punish them for not giving you what they couldnt when you were young. Im sure when you get older and your health and mental awareness declines you better pray your kids dont follow the example your setting for them. The mindset is love, love, love!

      Nah, fuck my parents. They had me because they wanted to screw and just blindly went along with raising children. I don't owe them anything because I didn't ask to be born to them. They were adults before I was born, so I'm sure they can handle it, but if not then tough luck. You want to give your child a reality check, they'll do the same thing to you once they grow up and move out. It goes both ways honestly.

    There is no way that I wouldnt help my parents if they needed it. First I will say that every situation is different. When I was growing up we were not poor, but not rich either. My parents provided everythng I needed, not wanted, but needed. I was a single father with 2 kids and my parents always baby sat them while I worked my second job no questions asked. When I was finally able to make enough money from one job and get rid of the other I did not need them to watch them. Anytime I needed help as a young adult they were always there and now I am in a financial situation where if they needed the help or to come live with me, no questions asked I would do it. The last thing I will say is, our parents may not have had the plentiful opportunities that we have today, especially in the 60's and 70's.

    What if this is the other side of the coin? The mother did work hard and take care. Provided all the child needed. Children did not have to work. Mother worked until she physically could not anymore. Mother still has an income but still needs help. What then? I hear what you’re saying I really do but the other side of the coin needs to be talked about too. I pray to be able to take care of myself until I leave here but if I can’t I also pray that my kids will see about me and take care of me. As I age that is the thing that scares me. I just want to be cared for and loved as I cared for them and loved them. Not take care of me just cuz but if it’s needed I’m scared to be in the care of someone who doesn’t care/love me. I don’t ask my kids to take care of me; I just hope if I need it that they will.

    Big up's too each and everyone if there Relationships are thriving no matter who yous date. Now I will say it's not that bw and wm thrive more - trust me when i mention this about bw . This doesn't apply to all btw - however ' most now with that being said ' Bw damn near change up their whole persona when they date wm - esp the more affluent ones, They for the most part - don't talk to them the same way ' they -talk with bm They wont be foul mouthed ' they know when too be quiet - not to act hood 'disrespectful' ect ect with wm. One of the reason's why is wm wont allow them to behave that way ' and TBH i don't blame them Bw - wont really date an quote on quote non hood ' or corny bm 'that is respectful and gentleman like with them ' yeahhh bw find those types of bm boring and weird so on and so on. They will continue go for the pookies and ray ray's even the collage educated -and successful one's - because those types of guys give bw excitement - yes this can be applied to all kinds of women ' we're speaking on most bw thou . The will jump at the chance to date the corny wm yes bw have this he's just not my type when it comes to bm

    Both sides make a good point, but in the end, when it comes to this in a relationship, it depends on the people involved. I don't consider flirting cheating per se, but i do think it's inappropriate. Wearing a more revealing outfit, in my opinion, isn't cheating in and of itself either. But i don't wear miniskirts or the like out in public simply because i feel it would be disrespectful to my husband, if only for the fact that while he loves to see me in it, he is a very very jealous man. In my opinion, it's a matter of communication when it comes to the clothing part. The flirting is just not okay when you're in a relationschip, aside from say it being a joke among friends who along with your partner have known for a long time and al parties consider it as such, a joke.

    This all has to do with Satan conquering more and more hearts and minds, most being less human by the generations. Satan is hiding behind the indoctrination of being "White", perpetuating the wars that started with the narration of the Old Testament, with massacres, looting and stealing till now Satan's personifications are the most wealthy there is off of the spoils of war, dividing and conquering people and stealing their resources to keep rich and people underfoot. Y'all are Satan inhabited turning your backs on those that gave you life, all on account of being Satan recruits, more animalistic than human.
