there is really nothing wrong with having car payments as long as you can make the payments every month without missing one payment. all these folks say get a cash car and drive until the wheels falls off. well some of us aren't that lucky for a car to do that. I have paid off 3 or 4 vehicles just making the regular payments. so get what you want as long as you can sustain it

Most of you have short attention spans or probably just look at the title or watch halfway and started to make assumptions. I didn't lose money because of the car. I'm all for "investing" in your mental health to buy the things you like, but not when most of the car payment is going to the bank for interest. I've got a '24 M3 Competition and my car note is significantly less than yours on a 5.29% 5 year loan. People ain't telling you to invest your money because they don't want you to get a nice car, they tellin you to invest so that money is makin you money to buy better whips in cash. From what it seem like, we payin roughly the same amount for our cars by the end of the loan, except I got a brand new fully loaded M3. Only thing is I drove a beater for 2 years and put that car note money into a mix between a high yield savings account and ETFs.
