      @justmitchell17 2 месяца назад

      Everyone I work with carries some sort of Roto molded cooler in the back of the truck exposed to sunlight 24/7/365. It doesn’t matter what brand or what price point eventually all the lids warp exposed to direct sunlight for an extended amount of time. My RTIC 45 rides in the back of my work truck, and has for the last 6 years. The lid is warped, as is my buddy’s yeti. Orca, Magellan, Ozark Trail, they all warp some. I’ve kept my CGs in my shop when not in use and haven’t seen any real warp in two years. They shut/seal/cool just as well as day one.

    Will your EcoFlow stay charged everyday with the solar panels? I’m trying to decide if I want to buy that setup. I’ll only be powering lights, chargers, a fan, and other misc items during the time I’m in the tent. I’ll be hunting during the day and won’t use any electricity. I just hate to spend all the money if the panels can’t keep the unit charged up. I go on 5-6 day hunts.

    • @justmitchell17
      @justmitchell17 4 месяца назад

      I had 400W of solar. And 3600W bank. You can expect an average of +\- 300W of solar input during the day depending on cloud cover. I don’t know the energy consumption of those items you’re bringing, but with a DP and 400W panel I would be confident you could last all week, if not indefinitely. We were regularly powering coffee maker, a pellet grill, phone and GPS chargers, and 18v tool chargers constantly. it would last 4 days without any solar during 4 days of continuous snow.
