    Sunflower seed oil...is a SEED OIL... So many people and restaurants think this is healthy.

    • @cocoazen
      @cocoazen 4 дня назад

      the exception for seed oils is if they are cold pressed and minimally processed. Ultra refined seed oils, the ones commercially sold and used in all restaurants, are the culprit. Body Bio has a supplement that's a combo of flax and sunflower seed oil, both cold pressed, for use as essential omegas 3+6. Seeds can be health promoting, it just has to be in the right form.

      Use area rugs over full carpet, use a high quality hepa vacuum vs a traditional one. These tips will help not have carpet contribute to mold/bad air quality. All stated in the video.

      @@thevitalityhour1371 Sounds like you agree with my comment. The video is titled “…Master HEPA Vacuums Like A Pro” but the content doesn’t teach me anything about my HEPA Vacuum. It primarily just says that using area rugs makes it possible to vacuum both sides. If you want more constructive feedback…. the context is not clear, the clip doesn’t “stand alone”. The viewer is left to guess why the guy is talking about vacuuming both sides of a rug. You mention mold and air quality, but those words aren’t even in the clip at all. Nor does it specifically say to put area rugs over regular carpet. Your comment says “all stated in the video”, but it isn’t. (Just to make sure we’re even talking about the same thing….what I commented on is a short, around 20sec long I think.) I didn’t know the channel or who the guy is talking, I just saw the subject line which led me to believe I could learn something new about my HEPA vac, but unfortunately the content was something else and I felt misled, so I did my part and gave the author(s) feedback from the audience perspective. An example of titles that would better match and help explain the content is: “Control mold with area rugs HEPA vac’d on both sides” or, “Vacuum both sides of area rug for indoor air quality.”

    I am a Licensed Clinician who specializes Mold , Lyme and i get so many patients that come from the Shoemaker Protocol actually got worse. Mold treatment or CIRS is very individual. I like the Structure of the Shoemaker Protocol but in my patient population if you try and dose my psitents at the doses you all push it will destroy my patients. My patients population is very sensitive who was worsen by these aggressive approaches.

    • @thevitalityhour1371
      @thevitalityhour1371 Месяц назад

      There is definitely as are to the Shoemaker protocol and our providers will often ensure gut work, other sources of inflammation and immune modulation is on board before cholestyramine or welchol. The biggest reason for the experience you share in our clinic is not guiding the patients to getting their buildings to healthcare clean. It's an arduous process. My biggest issue with other methods is the lack of publication and data. What's so wonderful about Dr. Shoemaker's peer-reviewed, published work is it's reproducible so all get access to healing. We too see very, very sensitive patients including one's that can't even handle sunlight or room lighting. We compliment the Shoemaker protocol with many approaches (the core steps remain untouched), but until something is proven in published medical literature that allows for peer-review, I get nervous about how the patient's time, money and energy are spent relative to their graduation rate. The CIRSx Research committee is always looking to help publish honest, solid method data as many clinician bring good care to their patients but are overwhelmed by gathering data for publishing. Things that didn't consistently work are important to publish too! Let me know if we can help.

    $40,000! $10000! How wealthy are you two? I want to say FU because so many people live homeless because they can't afford you. They commit suicide because nowhere to live. NO ONE with means and connections like you two has stated a foundation to get safe housing available to those with CIRS especially the poor.

    • @thevitalityhour1371
      @thevitalityhour1371 2 месяца назад

      It's a problem that goes beyond healthcare deep into construction practices , It's a sincere crisis and doing what we can to address and are very dedicated to the concerns you raise. The majority of my current personal time goes to solving this crisis. We are working with the CIRS Project a 501 (c) to requisition a campground with 100 hook-ups for tiny homes that will offer transitional housing to start and hopefully become affordable housing that people can even take after recovery with multiple avenues of financing subsidized with donations through connections we are leveraging. We are working with builders for a "bomb proof" prototype. We hope to make this a model for the country. This model is to address those with the most limited of financial resources.

    I've bought your book and still cannot find an answer to my question. I moved into a house with a dirt basement (house built 1803). We used to have a vapor barrier down there but we got a leak in some plumbing so we pulled it up, took out any wet dirt and put down lime. Then we installed a commercial dehumidifier because we are aware that basement has high humidity. Now that we have the dehumidifer down there.....should we put the vapor barrier back?

    • @thevitalityhour1371
      @thevitalityhour1371 2 месяца назад

      John Banta can be reached though RestCon environmental and has very reasonable consulting fees. In our experience, yes the vapor barrier goes back (9 mm or thicker) but needs proper install and radon to be measured. 1803 homes are endlessly problematic , understanding the water table and water flow is critical; some house need french drains or sump pump to keep dry.

    I have been dealing with this for 5 years and knew it was it but because it was caused by my career I have spent close To $20k out of pocket trying to prove it was something else even though I knew it was CIRS deep down. The almost constant vision issues and ear, head and eye pressure as well as the constant full body joint pain is debilitating for sure. The modern healthcare system has failed me even with me telling them it was Cirs, which they basically mock. I am triggered basically anywhere I go now.

    "Why are we obsessing over mycotoxins? Years and years of emphasis on mycotoxins has been based on years and years of ignorance of other factors that are more important. LET'S GET WITH THE PROGRAM" -Dr Ritchie Shoemaker. 10/16/2019 This is your LEADER speaking to you. Why are you not getting with the program?

    • @thevitalityhour1371
      @thevitalityhour1371 2 месяца назад

      Still with the program, this is our recent paper with Dr. Shoemaker on understanding CIRS as a potential underlying cause of Parkinson's and a the discovery transcriptomic prodrome (immune reactivity, not toxicity), that is identifiable, treatable and reversible before phenotypical expression of the illness (Parkinson's) even shows up. As we shared on your podcast CIRS is more a disease of immune reactivity than toxicity, although biotoxins are an essential part of the awakening of transcription (gene expression) of the self made inflammation and subsequent downregualtion of self made metabolism genes (fatigue and nuclear atrophy): esmed.org/MRA/mra/article/view/5788 A Transcriptomic Fingerprint for Parkinson's Disease Found in Patients with Chronic Inflammatory Response Syndrome: Implications for Diagnosis, Treatment and Prevention It's exciting to publish research that may help eradicate Parkinson's disease. Nevertheless, the data signals are robust, but the data sets are small, lots and lots more work to do.
