Hi Ashley my name is Vladimir and I’m currently on suboxone i take 24 mg of suboxone a day but after watching a few of your vids im considering going on methadone I’ve been on methadone on and off for 8 years and it hasz helped me sooo much when I wasz on it but now I think I will be switching to methadone that way I don’t gotta worry bout holding a suboxone strip under my tongue for a whole 45 mins and the taste is so rancid yuck !! And with methadone I can just take it once in the morning with some kinda juice thank u for inspiring me even tho I do not know u and good luck I hope u stay on the MAT for a long while or whatever your considering how long u will be on it best of luck ❤❤❤❤🎉

I live in the UK and have been on methadone for over 20 years and i must say yes it's hard to come off but it stops me using Heroin i get 40 ml a day but i get it on a weekly prescription for free I would be dead without it

7 years later i wonder if you still on methadone or where you are period ..methadone its the worst to detox i can tell i was on it for 19 years ..2 years after detox i don't get it right 😢..i never use more then 90 mg cuz 50 mg or 150 mg will do the same..

Methadone saved my life and I'm glad it is here to help us but man the clinic was such a pain! I worked 70+ hours a week and would usually get there very early within the first hour of them opening and would still take an hour or more sometimes and if i had to piss test i could be there two hours lol the clinic sucks

You don't look terrible you look great I used to go to my clinic on Saturday I hated it. I thought what you did helping that woman out was really nice of you , and your right missing 2 days is rough so if they wouldn't medicate her because she was short she would have had a bad Weekend so you saved her from misery "YOU GO GIRL" !!!!!

Good for you hun. Very proud of u , I just started methadone after 14 years being in 4x30mg hydromorph contin daily. Functional on that dose as it didn’t affect me until I came off of it. Doctor prescribed that dose to me then one day said no more. Now I take 25mg three times daily methadone.

Your clinic is insane. Mine is free - weekends are take homes for everyone regardless if youre dirty and its open 530am to 2pm M-F

$12/day? Thats a lot. Most counties are free.

I don’t know how much I should share. But 15 years on methadone, I’m now a clinical director of a MAT program.. I now how every 27 days to pick up my medication not at my clinic but yeah. So I might need to stay on it forever seeing I have two chronic illnesses that are painful and until it’s prescribed at home I have no shame in it! Yes my regional director knows my story but I’m a client and a clinician! Pardon my language but Fuck what others think ! Do you! Your awesome!

Do they drug test you your first day? I have been trying to quit and used bezos to try and quit. Will they turn me away for having benzos in my system?

It’s so easy to go and get ur dose! I was so freaking scared I’d feel withdrawals the first day taking it but it was so light I felt nothing! I beat myself up because I was so afraid to go get help but finally I did it and anyone thinking about it u can too! ❤🎉
