Thanks man, good to know I'm growing quite a few potatoes this year. Too many to wash off and use all at once. I usually just grow enough for a batch of mashed potatoes and a batch of potato salad. But with the crazy food prices I spouted a few bags of store bought potatoes last winter, planted them in February and they are growing well!
