As I work for USPS, I can tell you this is a light pickup... You should ask for the Tubs instead... Those bags get overloaded for a lot of carriers..

Congrats on your success!! I have one question. Do you ever get any complaints about using the filament boxes for shipping to customers? I’m genuinely curious as boxes are a big cost.

What is your views on the new Bambu Labs update?

I just started a small print farm in my home but using creality since I already had 5 creality printers when a product line started taking off. I also only print in pla. I'm going to add a couple of their new color Hi printers when they are available which is comparable to your A1 combo and A1, though a bit bigger print volume. I never plan to get as big as you - might end up with around 10-12 printers eventually (I have an ender 3 plus coming thursday), as I am sticking to products for one specific niche that I create from scratch. Upping to newer/faster printers over the next year is my plan though. I was thinking about getting an A1 to test it so nice to see you like them so much. Now I'm concerned about bambu's "security" changes and not sure I want to mess with it at all.

Are you going to try the Supertack build plates from Bambu?

Why so much inventory? You should keep your overhead low.

Why to rent forkleft? What the distance between the place 1 to 2? If you buy atraller for the car you can can to move your place with low price, Buy a shelves for the printers , place it in the new farmplace , move all the pla package to the new place , when priter are done you move it , dont move the print stock for the new place , only pack the orders in the old place , i moved my huge carpintary cnc machines and saws with 0 low price and saved my time and my employee time

I would use the smaller area for the filament storage.

You could service the picker and lease it out on a 1 year lease so you don’t have to sell it and more income. And how would you be storing the forklift at night if no one is there?

Use your mailer mailing labeler for boxes, if you get the labeled good enough you might not need to really redo your network. if can get your manual forklift to the print farm I would use it to move all your printers & racks at least to the moving truck. Put all your printers in boxes in the aisle then disassemble the racks and shrink rap them. Do not maneuver around something that needs to be moved move it. if your buying the boxes make sure that they can with hold the weight of many printers on top of it. Good luck my fellow printer!

Is there an exterior loading dock at that facility? Previous warehouse i worked at we had similar drive thru garage doors but there were a couple of loading docks around, basically like a ramp that went down into a basin that a trailer could back into and then you could unload the truck at street level.

I would use a convertible hand truck (4) wheels get the longest sold you can stack higher. Also I would use bulk cargo boxes, or bulk containers for reuse and can be stacked .

I hope you talked to your electrician before you ordered that extruder. The specs you showed are for a 3 phase ---50 HZ---- setup. In the US we get 60 HZ power. Your electrician can help you, but the converter may cost more than the machine
