Listened to this ALL the time growing up in the 80’s and early 90’s. My Dad was Joseph in an early production of it at our church when I was really young. He would sing the entire show all the time around the house and I’d join in. I’ve been an atheist now for about 15 years but even I can say, with all sincerity and honesty, that this music is still beautiful to me. I may feel that it’s about a fictitious story but that’s ok. The instrumentation, the melodies, the harmonies, the emotion of the singers. I’ll always have an emotional attachment to this production.

I was fortunate to receive a pre-production cassette of this album. It played in my car for a long time. Later I went and bought the CD. ;) At the time, I was a huge fan of the GLAD's Acapella project albums, and Take 6 really just fit right in!

Listened to this song on repeat in college after a friend took his life. It never gets old and never fails to uplift.
