Another good video! On the Cola truck. Maybe Seth can paint The Swim Shop 4x4 (The & 4x4 small text. "The" at the top left side of Swim and "4x4" at the bottom right corner of Shop) in the same font that Coca-Cola was and Kocie on the rear gate. Seth did a good job on the editing!

Just wondering how hard is it to change everything over from the 4.3 tbi to 5.7 tbi? I ask because when my 4.3 goes I also wanted to change it to a chevy 5.7 because that is my favorite small block.

Do you have kit for like 2000 Chevy Express 5.7 Vortec. There is 4x4 conversion for the newer express van but i didn't see anything for the pre 04. Just curious.

Really nice setup man! Really clean! I saw that you have the exhaust exiting out the side right under the door. Have you had any issue with exhaust fumes getting into the van? I’ve been thinking about side exit myself.

Used to have some businesses that involved fab work on trucks for campers and RVs, and motorhomes. We tried to set things up for bolt on, even though we would install the hardware, just to make it easier to 'remove' if they made other modifications or needed repairs where our hardware might get in the way. Generally worked out well. But making hardware for the general public to bolt on? Eh.. that is tough. You're braver than I was! Lol, I appreciate your video and time, I've got a clean little 99 e150 I'm thinking about converting to 4x4. Your experience is greatly valued. Thanks again for the video!
