I turned off the podcast the minute this guest, referring to the TWENTY-FIVE year old caller, asks Syd, "Like, do you think 25 is old?? Or like young?" LOLOLLLL clearly y'all just aren't my vibe. 25 is soo young. It's too young to get married IMHO even also, especially if you've only been with 1 man. THAT'S what you should be focused on. Not whether you think this poor girl is old and should settle. LMAO.. maybe this is a cultural difference but it immediately turned me off. As a 35 year old woman, I knew this wasn't the podcast for me when this girl is questioning whether we think 25 is old or not. WTF. Girl bye. Best of luck with this podcast.... I'm usually one of 3 likes on each episode. I won't be watching any more. This wasn't it. And last week's was sooo boring and in depth about that random guest's long winded stories about her own personal life that had nothing to do with anybody else, so I had to turn that one off too. Syd is way too cool to continually have these awful guests. I'm really disappointed.

Such a good episode! I am always dealing with confidence as I have had family tell me I was fat/chubby, needed to dress better, etc. I am only 5ft. I used to hear these comments all the time despite being only 113lbs (a healthy weight for someone of my height!). I found my partner and he's super loving and supportive. We even recently got engaged! He's helped me learn to be more confident. However, within the past 2 years, Ive gained about 20lbs. Coworkers and friends tell me its "happy weight" and that I still look great but I have been struggling with my image because I know my dad and his side of the family are very judgemental and care only about appearances. I love what you guys had to say about changing to a more positive mentality and to stop reflecting on the bad things and only think of the good things. I already do a skincare routine before bed which I enjoy. I'm gonna try to start adding some of these things and see if it helps me. Being consistent and making time for the gym will also be on my to do list. Much love from NJ! ❤ P.S. I was born in 1996 which is the cut off year for millenials. 1997-2012 is Gen Z. 😊

Endometriosis here! Wandered for 15 years. Half my damn life. Diagnosed myself before any other doctor. Night before surgery i was still scared they would find nothing cuz id be written off for so long. Widespread endometriosis. Took a pregnancy loss and seven different specialists before i was listened to. All but one of the specialists pushed birth control and thats it for me. I have life altering side effects from birth control I literally cannot take it!!

So helpful. Still waiting for my period to come back after pregnancy and breastfeeding. My kid is 2, I've stopped bf a month ago. Taking supplements but I think I also just have to eat more😅
