Just because they only did movies until now doesn't mean they can't expand the Studio Series line to the TV shows. SS84, SS85, SSBW? That could very well be a possibility.

Jazz was a character named after a style of music from 30-40 years before that time that produced certain stereotypical of people and was still niche-cool at the time. Maybe he should be updated to a modern analog. Grunge? Soundcloud rap? Nu-metal? Hair-metal?

Don't have to worry so much about Transformers. Takara will almost certainly never stop making Transformers toys. Just import. TBH, you'll probably get better toys out of Takara given they wouldn't have to put up with Hasbro b.s 🤷‍♂️

Change "studio series" to "Screen Series" and have a dedicated line solely for screen accurate decos of mainline figures, like an extension of SS86, pretty much an entire line of dramatic capture but as a mass retail sold series! All they would need to do for the most part is reissue WFC trilogy figures in G1 cartoon accurate decos

Honestly, i'm going to miss the eighty six line If it does end. I mean, they could just make it the eighty four line and just do G1 characters all the time. That aside, there is an 86 figure. I'm very curious to see how they do because I don't think anyone's really thought of it. but there's going to be an 86 unicron at some point

I don't expect a new tooling for Galvatron, but I CAN see them trying a new SS86 Rodimus Prime so his robot mode is as tall as SS86 Optimus. I can picture a reissue of the WFC Quintesson in SS86, and we know there's going to be an SS86 Cliffjumper. I'm hoping for at least ONE more retool of the SS86 Wreck-Gar into another Junkion, maybe Hazmat or something. I also want to see a smaller scale Titan Class Unicron. Not a reissue of that Haslab thing, but one that's more like a scaled up Armada Unicron like that Amazon version with the 86 styled head to be at least as tall if not slightly taller than Fortress Maximus. After all, SS86 isn't WFC and as SS86 Optimus proved, they can make a new mold for SS86 if they want to. Galvatron didn't NEED one but maybe Rodimus and Unicron could justify the new molds. I CAN see the line ending in 2026 if ONLY because Hasbro is scaling back on producing toys themselves so maybe they will start scaling back on Transformers production and end the line. Here's hoping we get some great SS86 figures out IF they do...

SS 86 optimus prime sold out so quickly, just be consistent with quality. Ss86 starscream sold badly because hasbro decided to be lazy and just give us a 10 year plus mold and slap the studio series label and a hat on him.

What they need to reissue is the other bots for Revenge of the Fallen constructicons. We're getting Overload, they should reissue all the others.

Hasbro has pushed me towards giving more consideration to the high tier “knockoff” brands that simply do a better job at design and execution. I was hoping they’d stay competitive and get with it for TF fans as far as their offerings, but oh well. IP licensing, ok. But look, if I buy a knockoff “Megatron” that’s more “Megatron-y” than a Hasbro one, but has a nicer design, clever transformations, better looks; I’m not going to care if that knockoff company names it “Gun King”… it’s still Megatron, and a better one at that. I’m less interested in any Hasbro Jazz versus a BingoToys BT-07 Jezzy, for example. Hasbro just doesn’t have magic anymore, and runs on trying to warm up nostalgia.

No argument here. Hasbro is in the red and it needs every line that makes a profit. I think interest will quit before Hasbro when it comes to the Studio line. The short short story is, that plenty of collectors have come in, gotten the figures they want and got out. As for the 86 line, they'll probably doo a second round of Dinobots in a more compressed run. Maybe a multipack for the Decepticons, but nothing ground breaking.

I think SS86 branding will end…. But screen accurate figures will continue being made. It’ll just be re-branded. It may stay a subline in SS, but it will encompass the cartoon show as well and the label will be something similar to MOTU’s Cartoon Collection. But SS86 can’t keep going because there are almost no characters left from the movie to make. Maybe Hastak will re-release characters like Huffer and Cyclonus who were in Kingdom. But the branding will be different. SS86 has been my favorite line since it began…. But it’s time to move on. Hastak will definitely keep pulling from the G1 well, but with new packaging.

I just hope Cyclonus (my favorite Decepticon from the cartoon) can make it through SS 86 before it ends.

It better end next year, They’ve only made a few AoE and Tlk characters, but instead of completing those movies casts they’ve been remaking g1 characters that got figures in the Wfc and legacy trilogies

Reactivate seemed promising and look how that turned out. IMO the upcoming releases show a huge dip in quality across the board, even though they're going to make less of them, which just doesn't make sense to me. Chris Cocks needs to be kicked out ASAP

Studio Series makes sense as long as there films coming out.Legacy makes snese for as long as they can bring back characters from non-films. They're both evergreen series they could just keep going for much much longer

After it ends I hope we get rereleases of WFC trilogy figures and a new line of cartoon figures which are higher end legacy figures
