Well, we have the result here with this 1973 guitar. This kind of guitar is the one that Marín Montero made just before he met Bouchet and impl...

Francisco Jiménez Making the Rosette for his new guitar soon in MaderaGuitarras.com (Part 2)
At 18.5 he says "wolf notes here or there"---Well if you stick a tape label under the string and write what those notes are you will find they are all the same note . I had one with 5 dead notes --all on Bb--. Use some bluetack stuck on the bridge to make those notes resonate . .One guitar only needed 10.5 grams of weight to clear those notes . Substitute the bluetack with Stainless steel rod 1/4 inch thick and glue to the bridge under the strings with Evostik . Each dead note "cured" also improves the notes above and below. So you get three note improvements each time . This was on a Roca guitar with a nice tone .
The best sound comes from adding another fret where the nut goes. I have done this with my guitars. Then there are no adjustment slots to be concerned about, the tone is the same on open notes as fretted notes, and it plays exactly the same on all frets.
The cherry on the cake!
Gracias Richard!! Buena idea.
Very nice playing 🎉
Gracias!

That guitar sounds really nice, but then a lot has to do with the player, you play really well
Thanks. I appreciate a lot your words!
Beautifully played. You’ve inspired me to learn it!
Go for it!
Cipré, cipré y cipré!

Jajaja
Well, I started playing classical guitar in 1958. Over the years I've played and owned many different makers. Many things John states here are correct, a lot he states is subjective. IMO ...the best guitars being made today (2024 ) are being produced in Japan and the USA. Just to name a few, Richard Brune, Robert Ruck, Jose Oribe, David Schramm, Jeff Elliott, etc. Again, IMO...I find the Spanish makers are stuck too much in the past, in their construction methods...it's the Spanish way or the highway.
Grande toscano , grande inspiração
Beautiful tone!
+++++
Nice tone ,seems to have a bit of fret buzz on the first string around the 10th fret
Thanks. Can't see. But maybe it is my playing. Not in the guitar.
Adds to the charm, it is part of the Culture to be be of high merit not to be perfect I own one of his 1960s BRW it is far form perfect, as am I
@@stevesguitars1879 agree but sometimes a trip to a luthier will sort out some of the very easy to fix problems which are a natural occurrence with the age of the guitar….refretting or adjusting the intonation for example.
Que marca de cuerdas? Excelente interpretacion y que bella guitarra
Gracias!!
Jaja. merci beaucoup!
Simplemente maravillosos, guitarra y ejecutante... todo calidez. ¡Gracias!!!
Muchísimas gracias!
Bellísima guitarra... excelente interpretación. ¡Gracias por compartir!❤
De nada! Me alegro mucho te guste.
Get rid of the music. It’s a lecture.
Pablo is such a star! I hope to find a time to become one of his students soon, and bring the family for a month holiday while I am studying. I don't know what happened, but the camera was not stable at all and the microphone was constantly being touched, messing with the audio and the experience of the listener.
Very nice performance and guitar tone is amazing!!
