    The resistance is similar to any other common gym equipment? I'm thinking about buying a similar one but I'm afraid the resistance will fall short of what I want. I see some videos in which the person doing the demonstration sets the resistance selector to an advanced position, but, then, they execute the exercise very easily, like a light weight; it almost seems, for example, they make a press with just a bar.

      late reply, i have it and its the most pleasant one ive ever used. i just set it up with a rowing machine which is my home gym setup currently. it doesnt have squats though which is the only excersize im really missing on this because it will do everything else of strength excersizes you want, so i guess ill use resistance bands for that.

    Worried this might not provide enough resistance for an experienced weightlifter. Your thoughts?

      I have never used the last 4 weight ratio even for Seated Row/Pull Down. I think its more than enough because we are not doing one rep max I assume :)

      I've had my bl1 for 6 years. The highest setting is hard trust me. I'm way above average on strength 💪
