This guy is a piece of work his g.f just lost a semi final and he’s live streaming himself playing 🤦‍♂ anyways the game has passed him by Alcaraz took his soul. I hope he can come back but he needs that self belief hopefully a new coach will help him.

I never understood what Badosa sees in him. He makes the impression of very egocentric person but maybe it's just an impression. Anyway, his career took a serious dip now.

@@kasiagoslinska who knows? Just thought it was weird that while his gf is having such a big moment he makes it about himself you would think he’d be there supporting her. I just found it odd. Maybe she asked him not to watch? Love is blind she must see something in him and while his star is falling her star is rising. She played some great tennis the last few weeks so he’s not having a negative affectḻ at least on her tennis.

WTF are you talking about? Former Australian Open Finalist & 3-time semi finalist Tsitsipas supported Badosa in her matches at AO even after he dropped out early like 19-20 of the top 32 seeded men including Medvedev, Ruud & Rublev. Stefanos then had to fly to Europe for his professional commitments. He is a world class athlete himself with his own career. Not a jobless useless loser like you to sit around doing nothing. He streamed a practice of his, because unlike losers like you on the internet, he keeps on working hard & sticks to his disciplined schedule.

He says he ran out of energy during the FO final against Novak because he hadnt eaten beforehand. Why couldnt he have had something to eat during the match or had his team pass him some food? Ive seen players eating food during a match on the changoever like a banana to keep their energy up

It's good to see him be so open and honest about his struggles. He really want to feel better and that's a good thing. I watched many matches live and I was so impressed. His game, his movements, his forehand...everything. He's truly an amazing (and handsome) player. He's also one of the most interesting guys on tour. I'm sure he'll be back stronger

@28:25 why "probably"? There is no shame in admitting he is the GOAT, or it's because he is not named Rafa or Roger, and not from your country Spain? I know Caroline has always been outspoken about who the real GOAT is; nevertheless, great podcast and thank you for doing this! just a sidenote on that RG final, Tsitsipas' mother recently gave an interview in Russian, where she said after being 0-2 down, Djokovic took a toilet break and came back on the court, Yuliya (Tsitsi's mother") said at that moment, she knew Djokovic would win! - she did not say it in a bad way at all, acknowledging that it was within the rules and rights; also love how Caroline phrases question with the family relations, very empathetic and shows a great understanding

wow! such a great podcast, thank you guys! Also Stefanos showed a lot of emotional intellegency in this, especially towards his father, and stepping in when he couldn't recognise his shortcomings. Some of us have the priviledge to face the reality of our parents being human. Tennis is just a sport, what matters is the relationships and love we can take care of. Stefanos, you said you see everything, if you see this, I'm sending you a supportive hug <3

Wow. What a brave interview. Thanks for featuring Stef. As an "early adopter" and long time fan, I was grateful to hear his side of his story, especially regarding 2024 and his struggles with form. I had no idea he was suffering so badly -- emotionally and psychologically. I'd long thought his father was damaging him. Not gonna lie, it hurt to hear his anxiety about losing sponsors; I loathe the awful carping from commentators (almost all critics). But even as a fan, I'd watch him and think, Wow, he didn't show up for the match--at all. Now we know why. It was also interesting to learn how finding your soulmate, and feeling seen and loved, as he's often said about his relationship with Badosa, is not a cure-all. Thank God he has her, because he sounds ... so unsure. I hope when he's ready to really dig in and explore his formidable talents, he'll have the courage to invest in a super coach, a real A-Team, who can help him rebuild and go further. Love you Stef❤

He's still young and talented. I appreciate him a lot as a player and i still think he'll be back, but he probably needs more time and that's okay. His priority should be himself. Mental health is just as important as physical health. Some "fans" ( haters and "tennis experts" too 😉) need to understand that.

  • @MoDi997

I understand there are some preferences of players and some of them are cute and some are cringe, but I can’t believe how much hate this guy is getting and how he is still able to compete. When you look at behavior of other of his pals, like Medvedev’s moments when he is losing, Zverev private life or Rublev’s aggression cases, you won’t say Stef is much worse than that, yet every step he takes and every word he says is “pathetic”, “stupid” and everyone hopes he lose every match. You are saying he is shit yet you are surprised he is losing first round and actually are wishing him that. It all started with a few toilet breaks, but show me a player which didn’t take one longer during hard match. Show me a player that didn’t said some stupid thing or shared some stupid content. Why is he the only one without benefit or doubt?

Miss Swiatek, what did happen to the blue-yellowish ribbon on your hat? No more political statements on the tennis court? Isn't it kosher anymore? Miss Swiatek, with full respect for your sporting achievements, if you want to make political statements on the tennis court attach a ribbon with Palestinian or Israeli (depending on Polish government instructions) national colours to your hat next time. Perhaps, better still, you should beef up and update your embarrassing attempts of mixing sport and politics with a fiery warcry: "Greenland/Panama/Canada, stay strong!" in your next victory speech!
