Build your own USB / VU meter and Bluetooth speaker with volume indicator.
I actually made a Bluetooth speaker that I can use at home. The sound is pleasant to hear. And if you watch the video carefully, there are small ideas and simple electronic circuits. I believe it will be a great help to those who are just starting out with electronics to study circuits. I tried to explain it as well as possible.

Used the KA8301 IC to make a device that changes the direction and speed of rotation of a DC motor.
Просмотров 8235 месяцев назад
Using the KA8301 motor drive IC used in the VCR mechanism, I created a device to adjust the speed and manually change the direction of rotation. If you're new to electronics, I think making a simple circuit shown in the video on a breadboard will help you understand basic digital logic and H-bridge circuits.

Can you help me find the schematic for my Delco Bose radio?
Yo! this is ingenius! I would have never thought to stretch out the heatshrink, let alone use a glue gun. Thank you!!
Thank you..
Can you tell me what tool I need for the update? I have the screen but it needs the update. What kind of cord would work? Thanks
Do you have an XDCPA10BT with the same symptoms as in the video? If you follow the video exactly, I hope you will be able to solve the problem. The tools you need are a 3.5mm audio plug with wire, USB stick and WinZip or winRAR. Winzip or WinRAR is used to unzip compressed files. Thank you...
Thank you, double sided 3.5mm?
@@E-Tek-ug3znAnd sorry to be a bother, do you mind sending a link for the WinRar or WinZip so i know which one exactly thanks.
Go to Google and search for “3.5mm audio stereo plug” and you will see pictures of 3,5mm audio plugs. If you look closely at my video, you can see the same audio plug as the picture posted on the Google site. thank you.
@@jayscales2323 I downloaded it a long time ago so I don't remember what site it was. If you search for “WinRar free download” on Google, you will find a link to a site where you can download it. Thank you.
Can you tell what materials did you use?
Sn60 / Pb40 solder and Soldering Paste Flux was used. For reference, Sn60/Pb40 solder melts at a lower temperature than Sn63/Pb37 solder, and the surface becomes shiny after soldering. Thanks..
I found an error in the circuit diagram in the video. Replace (J13 -->Terminal_FL+), (J14 --> Terminal_FL-), (J19 --> LED_TEST_TERMINAL_GND) with (Terminal_FR+), (Terminal_FR-), (LED_TEST_TERMINAL_+), delete U1 thermistor, and connect R1 to J3 line.

Very cool test rig! Thank you for sharing this.
Thanks for watching video.
Nothing like soldering 4 connections at once. 😂
Hola como se llama esa herramienta q subsiona el estaño
It's called a desoldering station. Thanks.
Trochę za szybko ponieważ cyna nie spłynęła do samego dołu przelotką 😉
At least someone else knows that you don't have to waste time soldering one pin at a time when you have enough flux.
Following your channel from the last two years, interesting content!
Thank you for your interest in my video.
I love your solder vacuum. Wish I had one like that when I had to replace 2 ics in my amp. I didn’t even have a solder wick to use.
Как называется эта приблуда? Паяльник с обратным компрессором?
It is called Desoldering station or Desoldering machine. Thanks.
If it was bad why not just cut the leads and take them out one at a time?
If you don't have a desoldering machine, you can do it that way. Thanks.

Or a propane torch very carefully and re-drilling works as well.
👍
Good.
very good job it's a pleasure watching professionals do the job tidy and efficiently

I should call her...
Я и без оловоотсоса быстрее демонтирую
Why not use heat gun... It will come out in seconds.😅
You will need a desoldering machine to remove remaining solder from the IC legs and PCB holes. Heat guns are mainly used for SMD work. thank you.
Also the desoldering gun is concentrated to the specific area to avoid heat from spreading around which can damage nearby components if one is not careful. Especially the capacitors that are close by, they can explode which is dangerous and can cause more damage by the electrolytic fluid leaking (speaking from experience)
@@rubenmejia4881 Do you even heard by kapton tape to protect that ?
@@rubenmejia4881 Electrolytic capacitors are less dangerous than we think. I have a video on my channel testing the characteristics of electrolytic capacitors when they are heated. Please refer to it. Thanks.
@E-Tek-ug3zn I saw the video, but it was not referring to what I was mentioning. The electrolytic fluid of a leaking capacitor or one that has exploded can cause oxidation and damage traces if left uncleaned. Caps also explode under heat from the hot air station if one is not careful speaking from experience. What you did by making a hole on the top created a vent so that it prevented from going off. At the end of the video, you did not exceed the 300c limitations. If you went to 400 or 450 degrees, for example, dealing with lead-free for removal, the capacitors are prone to damage. Rerun the test with extended heat at extreme temperature to see what I mean. I wrote it to prevent rookies from making the same mistake.

Looks fun, nice tool
My desoldering iron sucks….i need that one
Clean the nozzle I guess
I learned to desolder without a sucker, so seeing anyone with a desoldering gun makes me go :o
Well , it depends on how big thr pin vs the hole it's in is. Also , get yourself a silicon nozzle , they last longer than you can create a tight fit around the surface and the iron without melting the bit
@@orange_tweleve right on, I’ll look into that
вот все времени не нахожу найти этот отсос 😂
No flux needed with a solder sucker gun?
In my case, I don't use flux. With flux, the nozzle gets clogged up quickly.

Nice tools brother...
Question: how come the solder just went down willingly? It was too smooth without any flux or anything, please tell me about this
@@Argonaut520 Almost all solders contain flux, and results vary slightly depending on the solder. In my case, I use Sn60 / Pb40 solder. I think the Sn60 / Pb40 solder is smooth and easy to solder. Thanks.
@@E-Tek-ug3zn thank you very much, I am relatively new to soldering but seen a lot of it, and solder being smooth without flux was a surprise, always either rough or too smooth, this was amazing, thank you again and keep up the content its good👍 Edit, also if possible please share how you detect faulty components
@Argonaut520 all solder wire comes with a flux core. But sometimes this flux isn't enough if you are soldering large gauge wires so you need extra flux. But you don't need flux for basic hole thru solder. Also flux don't remove oxidation, it stops it from happening. If you want factory looking joints , you need to have the temperature set right according to the board thickness and whether you are soldering onto a large ground plane or ground pin. Key is to have well cleaned pcb joints , not just flux. Just take old veroboard for example it will barely work with flux but if you sand the surface with a low grit sandpaper it will work amazing
What tool do you use to suck up the solder tin?
A desoldering gun
Make polarity toggle automatically.
Nice, but nicer with built in battery
How about using AC, to avoid having to reverse the tweezers.

My touch screen doesn’t work I can’t touch
In my experience, if the touch panel doesn't work, it's usually a defective touch panel. In some cases, if touch panel calibration is turned off, resetting device calibration will make the touch panel work in most cases. Setting methods vary by manufacturer, so please refer to the manual. If you follow the video above, the dual product works at more than 95%. Thanks...
Make sure that the touch panel connector is in proper contact; connector contact failure occurs occasionally.
