Just tried making it on my brother LX3817A and I tried different tensions and a zigzag and a straight stitch but when it’s finished I can feel the thread pulling. HELP YALL! Do I need a walking foot? I’m using the foot that came with my machine. Ps I’m very new to sewing.

Last time, I believe I read about 3.5 books within 24 hours... I think. You definitely read so fast 🤩 I guess I'll be adding Dance of Thieves to my TBR. Duologies seem so much easier to get into for series. But also why am I adding everything you talk about, because now I'm also adding Not Another Love Song. 😂 I really don't like the force of 3rd arc conflict (or something like that). It feels like a lot of book falls into the trap of wanting to extend the plot/length by adding conflict. I'm not really sure much about writing and what not, but I really don't like them. They could definitely make or break the book 😩 THE NARUTO.... SOMETHING? on your desk. Exposing myself here but I wrote (and read) a good chunk of Naruto Fanfiction 💀 One of the first manga/anime I got into. Yes, I love Sasuke even if he's a walking red flag 🚩🚩 Yes, I enjoy these vlogs so much. Can't wait to see the next takedown! You're going through them QUICK

Maybe if do this agin you should do it with something other than modern books or different type of reading material. Here’s some examples 1 mangas Astro boy volume 3 vs Megatokyo volume1 2. Classics The celebrated cases of judge Dee vs Ellery queens calendar of crime . Reprint comics Blaze comics 1 vs T.H.U.N.D.E.R agents 1 No fiction Brody triumph and tragedy vs shocking medical cover ups Just some random ideas feel free to use the ideas if you like them These are all real titles .

I feel like all of those “deep” books like life unaware are often 1 star material for me.

I read 12 books, 4174 pages, avg ★rating 3.58. Almost all were historical fiction that took place hetween 1158 and 1612. The Shadow of What was Lost by James Islington was the 1 fantasy (4.5☆) My two fav historical fictions both took place in winter lol Wolf Winter by Cecilia Ekbäck The Snow Child by Eowyn Ivey

I love the dystopian/sci-fi vibes of that. Especially now since you're comparing between our current world politics and the "fictional" world. Personally on my end... I kind of like the author's interpretations of it. 😅Just to see how obvious our timeline is going. All supports for RF Kuang 💪I ended up really enjoying The Poppy War a lot 🥰Definitely agree that it makes you feel a lot of emotions. She has a lot of realism to her book -- though my friend actually read it with me because of the POGO day... and we went back and forth, the only criticism I felt is that it's a little too realistic? Such as something has already happened in our world and it felt close to a copy & paste. Wish she'd add a little more of her own interpretations. I really hate the overblown of tropes now... forcefully putting tropes into books just for the marketing aspects. But also like sometimes, I get influenced because I hear such and such book has tropes that I enjoy... and then I read it and it's not true 😅Bring back the old marketing of books PLEASE. I just wanna know the synopsis.

I checkout without checking the cart 😭 I recommend using hard wax over wax strips tbh! I just got a wax warmer, and some beads on amazon. Works great. Those strips are kind of hard because if it's not "warmed" up enough... it doesn't do anything 😩 The duo-dynamic of cats. I don't think I would be able to move the book LOL I'd definitely let my dog continuously lay on it and pick something else 😂 I finished The Poppy War from RF Kuang... and something about her writing is 🤯 I find her world building is huge. It's definitely dense with a lot of themes, plot, and character growth/dynamics. I really enjoyed The Poppy War!!
