Why doesn't the BigTen go for Texas? College sports executives seem to be using Monopoly Money and the LONGHORNS have no loyalty to anyone but themselves. The ACC is swirling the drain at this point. Florida St. without Bobby Bowden isn't relevant.

Colorado TV rankings are Dion’s TV rankings. If Dion leaves to coach a Big Ten team, those ratings will follow. Then where will Colorado rank?

Outsiders looking in the Pac12, don't notice a difference between the new Pac12 and MWC.

Until ND decides to join, I think B1G stoos at 20 with Miami & FSU but I cannot dismiss GT's being in Atlanta. B1G loves big markets. If/When ND joins, I think Stanford, ASU & GT (or FSU).

FSU and Miami are stuck in the ACC. Grant of Rights can’t be overcome. Unless someone buys them out of it. Texas A&M has found a home in the SEC. Don’t know what the buyout is with Colorado.

Let's face it, the west coast culture doesn't follow college football like the midwest and the south does with the exception of USC. I mean as noted by these number Colorado is breaking their way in.

There is no merit to this lawsuit, but the aim is to force the MW to reduce the payments just to avoid the hassle. Also, Utah State and Boise State have legit claims that the MW damaged their sports programs by punishing USU and BSU athletes for exercising their free speech rights (forcing USU and BSU to forfeit volleyball games.)

The Big Ten will dissolve in 2030 because of equal revenue sharing. Just as the PAC 12 dissolved due to equal revenue sharing. Makes no sense for the biggest brands to put up with the unfairness. The biggest brands are going to bolt to form a new conference that allows member schools to negotiate their own TV deals with streaming companies in the market. They see it working great for Notre Dame. The status quo will not continue. And it’s not just the money that will cause Ohio State to bolt. That school is furious about always having to play the Big Noon game. So unfair.

Don’t sleep on Arizona Stats as a candidate either.

ABC/Disney/ESPN are far more capable at doing sports than any B1G partner. There’s also the value of the advertising spend vs. the converted value of the viewer to take into account.

You can remove A&M because they feel just like Texas.The BIG culture is different and it would be a death move.

Mac playing weeknight games tanks attendance to high school levels and there is no real TV interest in Mac football, despite clever marketing as "macaction." A desperate move but justified, the Mac is DII in spirit.

Wow, looking at the numbers, CBS and NBC are taking it in the shorts with their deal with the B1G10. Big12 commish needs to start some wine and dine relationship building now with CBS for the next contract negotiation in 2031. CBS won’t be able to maintain beyond the current contract of the numbers continue as they are.

A&M isn’t going to the B1G Ten. They aren’t going to leave the south and make all their student athletes compete across northern and northwestern US.

LOL, all the noise about Texas A&M is coming from the B1G. We haven’t heard anyone that matters saying anything whatsoever coming out of A&M. Quite the opposite actually. They aren’t leaving the SEC. I can see Miami, Notre Dame and Colorado being the viable candidates that eventually could be realistic. If we see FSU get their AAU within the next 5 to 6 years, they’ll be a viable candidate as well. Maybe Utah with an outside slim chance as well if FSU can’t get their AAU.

Look up flagship University in Florida and you will not find FSU listed. That would be The University of Florida Gators.

Georgia Tech showed up at least twice (vs FSU and vs GA). I think the B1G would love to be in Atlanta.

Deion is a big factor to be sure. However, over the course of time, I believe Colorado will rebuild its fan base beyond coach Sanders, provided that they can keep winning.

I don’t know why nobody’s looking at RUclips and RUclips TV. That’s where I will go as a partnership if the tax companies will work together Amazon, Apple, and Google. They can put a package deal together where they each can invest a certain amount where this is not as much risk and be able to pay to school decent.

In the short term the best fox for the ratings problem for the later games is if USC returns to being a natty contender. Also there is going to be pressure on Michigan and Ohio State to host night games

Toledo!! They actually have a winning record against the bottom of the BiG.Minnesota/Purdue . Have went to and beaten Both Michigan and A Joe Pa Ranked Penn State . Victories at Arkansas/Miss St/A Ranked Pitt. Toledo has given Alabama/Miami serious runs for their money as ranked teams.. That NIU victory at ND Toledo had the Irish on the ropes and lost in the last seconds in ND two years prior… Never going to happen but The Toledo Rockets need to be looked at for expansion by MW again a premier mid level program with many players drafted into NFL… A Record of 35-0 from 1969-1971 Graduated The ONLY undefeated QB in Div 1 history with 3 years worth of starts Chuck Ealy

Great video gentlemen! I agree that the 2 best targets for now for the Big Ten are Florida State and Miami. I don't see them going past 20 unless Notre Dame is a part of the package. This is all contingent on if the Super League never happens. If it does, all bets are off.

I believe that PAC12 would like to add Memphis, UTSA and/or Tulane. If they cannot add for 2026 then Texas St., North Texas St., or Sacramento St. I believe MWC is waiting for PAC 12 selection. If Texas St. doesn’t go to PAC 12 then still hoping for Texas St. Otherwise, Tarleton St. and/or North Dakota St. Need to add more central time zone.

A major recruiting area for Colorado is Texas. Colorado had many great years in Big 8/12. When they went to PAC 12 it hurt their recruiting. The money is great in B1G Ten but the recruiting for Colorado not so good. Look at what happened to Nebraska.

I doubt the Big 10 goes past 20. And their #1 target is Notre Dame.

Colorado has been an AAU school since 1962. I'd like to see Kansas move to the SEC to be a travel partner for Missouri. And Nebraska to the SEC along with Colorado as a travel partner.

I think the PAC and FOX will be a lock, and i think Netflix will be the streaming partner... Relationships made are ones made from a financial perspective not heart strings...I don't see Fox thrilled with what the Mountain West has left to continue

Your best video ever! B1G moved forward with the 4 additions. If Bill Bellicheck sticks around at UNC could we see a “Deion” ratings affect for UNC? I could definitely see FSU & Miami in the B1G. I could also see GT in the B1G. The question would be would the B1G be able to get UNC? If they did the B1G might attract attention from Texas A&M to jump. Then B1G might go to ND and say now or never.

Oregon is over valued. USC is under valued. Always has been that way. Oregon represents an ongoing theme with alot of schools in the West. They over value themselves.
