He basically did the loopstation thing, well, not exactly, but you know "Dont worry be happy". That is all him. Just a bunch of layers of him. All of it. Including the whistling. The song has no instruments other than Bobby. I have seen a life performance where he builds the entire song, not with a loopstation, but with a tape recorder.

In order to pull something off, you have to believe you already are. You have to own it, do nothing by halves, commit to the bit. Adam himself has been cringe /so many times/, is a thing to remember. There was this one look with long hair and a leather poncho that was absolutely awful. And last year he was wearing this outfit that was giving Murphy Brown 90's woman's business casual, hideous. The fact he was standing next to his gorgeous and stylish boyfriend didn't help. You just gotta do it. And you might look ridiculous sometimes. But Adam also looks ridiculous sometimes.

4:12 - So John-T is at least a baritone if not a bass to start with. An inward lip roll with inhale drives the vibration down into the vocal tract. Another tool he's got is throat bass/Kargyraa (false fold)

I noticed several in the comment section have described how ammonites works what's the message of the song so I won't repeat that but it is very fitting with the message of the song. I think that lyrics of finding his kingdom come between the Oz and ones is brilliant actually a lot of the lyrics are pretty brilliant I'm glad you caught on to that. So many reacting to their song don't.
