which one is fake? you keep changing by the position without any note
Planning to buy this laptop, one thing that bothers me, can i still use my IETS GT600 Cooling pad?? i notice that air intakes are below the 2nd screen, cant say about the traditional botom air intake but there are grills there so im guessing that it could work
Did you figure it out?
Opposite reaction . After using fold 5 for 7 months I just hate the front screen . Loving the open .
Bruh the fold showing more of the picture is hilarious
Thank You, I kept telling people, these other Android Companies can't keep up with Samsung's support for their mobile devices, Samsung and Apple invest so much money, research and time into supporting their products.
Google already surpassed Samsung in software. Instead of focusing on childish UI interface options, Google has integrated advanced AI features that let you speak to the phone itself. It just does alot more in calls and messages. I was on the Android 15 beta for months already. Yet I still left pixel Fold for the OnePlus, because of the best cameras and best battery life.
Thanks for this comparison. This is the most detailed comparison I have seen on RUclips. Samsung seem to have taken the foot off the pedal in terms of innovation, maybe they are waiting for apple to have their foldable before doing anything more. If you think of it Samsung are six years into foldables yet the hardware isn't up to par. If Huawei, Oppo, Oneplu & Vivo can produce foldables with normal outer screens, light weights, bigger batteries, no gaps at the hinge why can't Samsung do it after 6 attempts? I presently use a Samsung Note 8 which has a normal screen but I still miss stuff when typing, so I can't imagine getting a foldable that has a even narrower outer screen. A foldable in my opinion should be a normal phone that becomes a small tablet not a narrow phone that becomes a small tablet, you should have the best of both worlds. The Chinese companies I mentioned above are innovating fast and they are catching up really fast, they just need to polish their software more. Samsung would have themself to blame for moving too slow, I mean 6 years!!!! One plus got the hardware right after 2 attempts, Samsung really needs to wake up.
Samsung's narrow outer display is a dealbreaker for me, absolutely terrible to write messages on, weird aspect ratio with apps etc. I would pick OnePlus every time. Bugs can and will be fixed over time with software updates.
The phone is EIGHT MONTHS old and you're still clinging on to bug fixing updates??? Do you realise how ridiculous that is? OEM's usually resolve software glitches within the first month, often a day 1 patch and at worst within 2 to 3 months. Sorry but 8 months with bugs shows neglect from the manufacturer, absolutely unacceptable for a £1500 phone.
@@peacelove8395they can't afford to fix the bugs because they discounted the phone 😂 people just don't realize you get what you pay for. Samsung Price is high due to 7 years of software support and updates, teams of people polishing the OS every few months, etc.
There are no bugs. At least not anymore. It's now polished software. Expect the next OnePlus in January to be unbeatable in every way. Say goodbye to Samsung. They had a good monopoly while it lasted.
@@Maxx134a you can't say goodbye to Samsung because there will always be a desire for a phone that didn't come from a communist country.
You just saved me a lot of $. Went to buy a used set and it failed 2 of your tests and also sounded bad (no high frequencies), although noise cancelling seemed to work ok. Thankyou for making this video ❤
First water test of AirPods Max I’ve seen on RUclips - nearly 2 hours fully submerged is a very long time to survive for headphones with no water or sweat ratings I’m suprised
thats 500$ right there 😭😭
I took the hit so you don't have to :D
I need change autolevel in my cs10 pro v2. Wich recocmend me?
Go with the Bambu its excellent
¡Es muy interesante! Tengo una cr10s pro v2, quisiera instalarle klipper pero no sé cómo se hace, tienes alguna información para ello?
Creality failed the benchy test in this example
The last bit just isn’t true. Even on apples support page you can tell, that the „Assembeled in china“ is on a separate line. Beneath „designed by apple in California“
Not sure what you mean it's not true. The AirPods I have are real and purchased directly from Apple. Unless they changed the order on recent models..
There is a Fb diy group dedicated to duo laptops. I can post link if you allow. Best duo group there is.
Go for it
Will they have the same interface on Bluetooth with my iPhone like the real ones
Yes.
It’s very easy to tell, the fake ones doesn’t have the ability to change the headband… 😎 none of themmmmm
The paper covers on the real ones come on the Ear Cups and in the case. The paper cover on the fake ones come with them off because they're too thick to fit while in the holder. The holder can't close all the way with the paper covers on.
That's something I noticed too
How much money was the fake? Probably get what you pay for
About 200 usd
Hey mate great video. How long have you had the laptop for now? Have you had any issues with either of the screens? Either them stopping working or the hinge breaking?
I have the same laptop, no issues at the moment. But I have had some software issues. Maybe my files are just corrupted. But you should get this if you are looking for a gaming laptop! (Unless you are going for portability)
2 years, not a single issue
Brother how is this device compare to rog ally i just absolutely love the design this console has and just curious if it can perform or play the gane just like legion go and ally
I think it's excellent, I like it far more than the Legion Go and the Ally and the Steam Deck. It performs amazing.
If you’re going to get one get the 7840u or 7640u
@@Espionago thank you for the suggestion yes i am going to buy that model the reason why i love gpd win 4 is because it has that classical psp design
@@Geto456 lol yea that’s why I got it too and the win mini
There are fake ones also made of aluminum
Fakes will always keep getting better unfortunately...
There are ones with metal shells that also have the small hole too you just got the plastic version.
I think i just got one with pins but they are fake because nothing happens when i insert a pin
Could you please provide me with the link to buy fake APM?
I actually was sold a fake on eBay and reported the seller. I made this video about it and returned the APM. I wasn't actively looking for them.
Good video. People always say the screen is too small. Was that an issue for you?
Not at all. But, it's definitely small compared to the ROG Ally and Steam Deck. I like the ultra portability.
Not True, there is many sellers on aliexpress who sell metal Shell and with hole under Shell So its not easy way to recognize. You have got Just not the Best clone.
Which one is the best?
I mean it is true, it's just one version of the fakes I got. I am sure they will keep adapting and making better fakes. So just watch out..
Good Video thank you!
Glad you liked it!
I heard the issue about stick deadzone, have you ever experienced that issue? Now im deciding between win mini and win4.
I haven't experienced that issue to be honest.
Fan noise?
Its quite quiet
I have legion go and it gave me headaches regarding issues with fan noise and battery life and size, and i am not happy. I want this handheld to be as chill to use as possible. Would you recommend it?
@mamaluigi429 yeah watch my review on that. I posted a video before. It has a ton of issues.
Legion go vote I have this one is great machine big screen the problem software fixed with next update
Im glad you like it, I had a horrible experience with it personally.
можете ли вы сравнить его с телефонами вроде iphone 14 or samsung s10+?
Nope totally different machine. I have a rog ally and if i where to compare it to a machine is say its a controller thats actually as powerful as as a low tier gaming laptop for example i have a 4800h+gtx1650. Laptop from lenovo and this out preforms it anyday. And its more portable but for lets say. Working on the go its not as efficient as a laptop but u can do about anything on it.
@@DoubleDrastik well, I just wanted to see the difference in the screen, sorry for not writing in more detail
@@didaryerzhan6969 ohh no problem in my opinion i have a iphone 12 and MacBook pro 2023 and id say its not better but not alot worse then my iphone acreen but mac screen wins by a big lnd slide
Thank for the review, good job! 👍 Can't wait for mine to arrive already
Nice video, what’s that battery bar software called and how to download
Its called BatteryBar you should be able to download it here: www.google.com/url?sa=t&source=web&rct=j&opi=89978449&url=batterybarpro.com/basic.php&ved=2ahUKEwjP1-SA6MODAxV3TTABHdpzDb0QFnoECBUQAQ&usg=AOvVaw0QIh4FENoKF6R92PK_6TeM
Hi, please inform, rog ally have Black level mutch better?
The blacks look better than the steam deck LCD but not the OLED
I can't wait to get my hands on a Steam deck OLED!
It's pretty awesome and a big upgrade from the LCD model.
what should I buy Asus rog ally or Steam Deck Oled. i already have steam deck lsd
I would go for the Ally in this case. It's better to experience a different console that has more performance compared to the steam deck oled and more compatibility because it's windows based. That being said the ROG Allys screen is still Excellent and a big upgrade compared to the steam deck LCD.
@@savtechreviews thanks, so I'm going for Asus) only one question microSD, I read that they are burning?
@DeckVille yeah, I have heard of that issue too. I haven't had any issues with mine though. I also have a lot of my games on the internal ssd.
I'm sorry to hear that your Steam Deck is limited.
Lol
19:48 Legion go 44 AVG while the ROG Ally is 87 AVG and the SD is 49? You didnt see those results and say "hey, something is really wrong with my testing because the legion go has the same chip as the ROG ally?"
That is precisely my point, there is nothing wrong with my testing. The Legion Go consistently vastly underperformed at the same wattage.
There is definitely something wrong. Putting the SD OLED numbers aside, there is no way in hell the Legion go is performing half as well as the ROG Ally at 15w. They go toe and toe here and there but double? Not a snowball chance in hell in any game.
@undyingsonars that's the expression I got out the box with the Legion Go, hence the glitchy software. I was also surprised, how about you get one and try it yourself?
@@savtechreviews Got a SD oled LE and the Legion Go. Im telling you from someone who has it and played the exact same game, take it as you will.
@@undyingsonars what FPS are you getting?
Feels even better without gloves.
Indeed
The controllers are what killed the Legion Go for me and why I got the Ally instead. That rail system will NOT age well.
Yes, it feels incredibly cheap and even when I had mine for a few days one rail felt different than the other one. I'm incredibly careful with my consoles..
Heya, lovely work in this, just wanted to leave some advice for the screen comparisons. The camera that you’re using is adjusting it’s ISO automatically, which changes how bright everything is. And since the Steam Deck has a black body it adjusts darker, making the screen look brighter, whilst the Ally’s white body adjusts everything darker, and makes the screen look dimmer. If you have a way to set the iso of your camera to not change, it would vastly improve this, alternatively, try to fit both devices into the same shot :)
Thank you for this advice, will definitely try this next time. I do keep the ISO on auto instead of tinkering with it, stay tuned for more!
@@savtechreviews Happy to help and hope to see you up there with Retro Game Corps and Taki Udon in the future :)
@mrartistimo1530 Thank you, that means a lot. It's subscribers like you that make this happen!=]
So hard to decide. Steam best user experience ergonomics oled battery touchpad no windows and slow specs, legion beautiful screen joycons bad speakers bad software best specs but not performance. ROG ally coolest design overall best performance and front end software. I chose ally but the others definitely have advantages
I have all 3 and I always find myself using the ROG Ally mainly. For me that huge weight difference also makes it way more enjoyable to game on for long hours. It's even lighter than the new Steam Deck OLED.
@savtechreviews nice! Can't wait for the next iterations of these devices but thats a long ways away.
I got my 2 saturday ago, was fast and was happy when it came, made my own video and might do another with ym LCD version, at first wanted the limited edition but I thought about it and saved money also if I wanted to upgraded would be waste of changign the 1TB to a 2 TB and messing up the limited edition so I got the 512 version whcih planning to either go 1TB or 2TB, i got most of ym stuff though still wondering whcih SSD to get. I am hoping for cheaper but we will see. I like the screen which I own the other version too which ahs the good screen but with the coloring not sure if matters. Only time will tell if made the right choice though hear the 1TB has issue not the limtied but other one so heard from other that i went with the right choice because the other oen has sticky thumb sticks and dpad, and has dead pixel which i tested my and I was good on that. Whatever I picked I am happy because I have an eye issue and the darker color were always bad for me on the lCD, the enw OLED is so much brighter and can see well. I not sure what I will do with ym old one but do like that case that comes with it and the enw OLED one I not fan of it I feel the 512 case is better and won't rip off like your old on case, and does nto proect yours steam deck much fi dropped rather have the hard case. ANyways Good video and hope you enjoy your limited if it come in pruple I will be all over it lol
Awesome!
Can’t decide between the new SD or ASUS ROG Ally. I really like the SD oled
Can't go wrong with either. If you want better screen / battery life then go with SD. If you want more performance / game compatibility/ far better speakers then go with ROG Ally.
The price of the laptop is around 230000 Philippine pesos I like the laptop but I can't afford. Sad 😔 😔 I wish someday I could buy it too 🤞😁😁
Yes, it's quite expensive indeed
I have one but not allowed to open it till Christmas, is there a good and simple guide to downloading the drivers, rather than pestering my sons?
Waiting for mine. Prefere a well optimized divice than powerfull and train wreck. Still use my Switch and this divice will replace that. Also have a PS5 and a Xbox Series X. Sold my WINDOWS RTX 3060 laptop.
Yes, I totally see your point. This is very analogous to users who prefer IPhone over Android to me. Apple can do a lot with weaker hardware and make a user optimized experience (just like the steam deck), whereas Android usually has better hardware but may require tinkering (like the ROG Ally or windows handhelds).
My first gaming PC will be the Rog Ally
Is the sd card issue avoidable?
Idk if you know this or not, run your games in windows borderless. You won’t have to click back into your game after messing around on the second display.
Yes, I found that to really help. Thank you!
Great job!!!
Thank you!
