    The riding I like most is going to a destination, maybe have lunch, then return. I don't care too much for being confined to a park or restricted area. In my state (AZ) my SxS is road legal and off-roading. But 60" keeps me off most off-road trails only. But I don't mind. Seems like many states aren't too favorable for SxS, but dual sport MCs and the like are acceptable.

      @danburch9989 Yeah, pa is getting better with the parks and some roads being opened to atvs. I don't think they realize the revenue it could bring in. I would love being able to ride my sxs to get ice cream or run to the store, but this state can't pull their heads out of there a$$ lol.

    Husqvarna Screwed me too, I bought a 42" 18.5hp Riding mower from Lowes, 1-1/2 years of operation and the Briggs engine locked up, Governor threw a weight and got stuck in the gears, I took it to a Warranty dealer, they said Briggs and Stratton handles the warranty, ok fine, 3 months went by and I called them, they said Briggs won't warranty the repair for the motor, Briggs said the motor was not maintained properly and the engine over heated, all this from a picture sent by the dealer, the dealer said the engine looked fine, he said he would send the motor to Briggs 2 week ago, I called him today and he said the motor is still there, they didn't send the motor, I told him I will pickup the mower tomorrow and fix it myself, Parts cost from Amazon about $70.00, these Warranties are worthless and they know it, it's just a teaser to get you to buy their product, Briggs is another one that doesn't honor their warranty, they will always say improper maintenance caused the motor to over heat and caused Damage, it's a Lie.... Dishonest Corporations

    They are an awful company to get parts for and they build sub par 2 stroke equipment and mowers. Toro , Bad Boy, Hustler all make mowers in that class that are much stronger. There's a reason no pros use Husqvarna chain saws, trimmers, blowers, or their garbage mowers. This company bought out Dixon, a great zero turn company literally to close them down and discontinue parts availability.... That's just one example of AYP/Husqvarna scummy business ethics

    You guys really need better consumer protection laws. If a 10 warranty is offered, it needs to be honoured. I've got a husky 2038 ride on mower and the deck is garbage and it kept throwing the belt because there was too much flex in the deck. I bent up some 20mm steel rod to fit in the little upturned gutter that runs around the perimeter of the deck bottom and welded it in. It reduced most of the vibration from the deck and i haven't thrown a belt since and it stopped more cracks forming from other welded areas. 2 years now with no problems. The 25 hp Kawasaki engine on it is the only quality part on the entire machine.

  • @thomasm9139
    @thomasm9139 22 дня назад

    Regardless of your expectations, buying a cheap ztr mower for tough mowing conditions and that many years was/is pretty optimistic. Maybe they should have covered the weld at best, but at least it can be easily fixed and you can get a few more years out of it.

    • @MakingNoise45
      @MakingNoise45 22 дня назад

      @thomasm9139 that's not what this is about. It's about a company stated something then doesn't back it up. I think a 10-year warranty is crazy, but they put it in writing and won't stand by it. That's on them, not me. And 3k on a mower isn't a little to spend. That should last years. If you break down 3k by the 42 months, I've used it. That's $71 dollars a month to mow my grass. I should get 10 summers before that mower is junk in my eyes. These company's build shit and charge top dollar.

    • @ianbelletti6241
      @ianbelletti6241 22 дня назад

      @@MakingNoise45 it depends. I'm assuming the deck is worth several hundred dollars and the letter will only cost you about $50. It never hurts to ask a lawyer what the charge for the letter. Some might write it and send it off pretty cheap. A good lawyer would put good legal references in it as well. You could also contact the attorney general of your state and let them know that Huskvarna isn't standing by their warrantee for you and should look into suing them on behalf of all the state's residents.

      @samuelrgonzales111 it's a 5.0 that's a v8 so no need for a catch can. I like the 10 speed I'm avarging 20 mpg! That's not even running eco mode. Thanks for liking and following 😀 👍

    That sounds awesome!! I have the ‘23 xlt with the 3.5 ecoboost. Would this setup work for me?

      @MakingNoise45 Месяц назад

      @briray318 I don't think so. I had a 16 3.5 EcoBoost. I put a magnaflow cat back on it, and it sounded horrible. At an idle, it sounded like a race car, but as soon as you got into the gas, it turned into a rice burner. I took it off and just did a resonator delete. It sounded a little better. It's hard to make a v6 sound good fyi. That's the reason I bought a 5.0 lol

      Idk the customer service is horrible. I had to jump through crazy hoops. My battery doesn't read 54v like it should, and they still told me it was good. That's the most expensive part of the bike and I'm afraid to buy a new one in case it's junk as well.

    Deluxe or not? I’m just curious about the electric power steering the deluxe comes with. Idk if it’s worth the extra $1k

    • @MakingNoise45
      @MakingNoise45 Месяц назад

      No, it's not. I thought the deluxe was $2500.00 more? An by spending that extra money all you get is power steering, aluminum rims, and I think paddle shifters. Now, I would really like the ability to shift.
